We opted for the set menu option which we have enjoyed previously but on this occasion poor. Ordinary flavours and lack lustre presentation. Portion size small. Wine list disappointing.

Everything is great - the ambience, the design, the kitchen, the stuff is just fantastic, every time we ski in the zone we book this restaurant with our friends and family. Highly recommended.

We were a group of seven. We were given a round table (perfect!). The staff were very attentive and helpful. We all chose the 3-course 'menu' option which was really good value. The wines were delicious. We all voted this restaurant the best in Saint Martin de Belleville.

It's the third year we've been to this restaurant during our ski holiday. This time the food was fine but nothing special and I was hoping for something a bit more special given the profile of the restaurant. The atmosphere is a little cold and all in all the whole experience was ok, but I was expecting more.

Well presented food. Started with snails - In a creamy sauce with mushrooms with a light crust topping. Nice. Earthy flavours - but missing a little seasoning? Main courses of rump of veal and a fish dish - perch. Meat good and tasty with a very flavoursome jus. Fish nice - but again seemed to be lacking a little in seasoning. Dessert of chocolate mouse - excellent!!!! One of best we’ve had in a long time. Enjoyable and good meal - but missing a little something???

Best fondue I’ve ever had and very good wines by the glass. Really lovely, friendly service and delicious (not too sweet) desserts. Loved it!

The food is tasty and elegant but doesn't have the joie de vivre of the Savoyard home cooking we loved when we first came to the valley. The staff and place are excellent.

Sadly three of us opted for the most expensive item on the Menu, the Rib Eye steak. Poor quality meat badly presented. Loic the chef dismissed our concerns. We refued an offer of free dessert to compensate for the 54 euros steak!

We love this Bistrot - from the welcoming, friendly staff to the interior design and then there’s the food, which is simply delicious.

The main and dessert were good. Unfortunately we ordered the mini fondue as a starter and it dried up and became chewy very quickly. I believe the waiter left the heat to high under the fondue

Warm welcoming bistro right on the slopes in St Maetin. Great views. Food was delicious. We chose one 3 course menu and one main dish. Just the right amount for us. Wines by the glass were very tasty too. Only pity is that they only change the fixed menu twice a year so for someone here all winter, the menu would always be the same, otherwise we'd be going back very soon!

Food was excellent! We chose "le carte blanche" ( surprise) with pairing wines. I will come back just for the grenouilles with sauce persillade ! Wines where much better than expected. We were out on the terrace, the sun was shining ; life is good! Unfortunately the bistrot was slightly understaffed and we noticed a small lack in efficiency. But this can be improved easily .

We thought it was too expensive for the food offered. The staff didn’t speak English. The cocktails were a complete rip off. The soup was the size of a starter but the price of an expensive main course. The raclette was good and reasonable value.
