The servers were so knowledgeable and kind and attentive, not to mention every dish being fun, creative and so delicious, it was our anniversary celebration and they truly made it a night to remember.

We came to Milan for our honeymoon and had a great dinner here. Creative and inventive dishes. However the manager was a bit standoff-ish at times. For example after paying our bill, he dropped the receipt on the table and walked away without a word. Not the experience we’ve come to expect from a Michelin restaurant.

We came here to celebrate our honeymoon and Sine did not disappoint! Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and professional. The food was unbelievable, well worth the price

+11Chef Roberto gave us an unforgettable experience of wonderful stories and beautifully crafted food from his homeland of Naples. We left feeling satisfied and thankful for having experienced his vision. His colleagues were attentive and helpful. Sommelier Andreas provided some of the best wine pairings I have ever had. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful experience.

I got Sine Tempore menu, and everything was tasty and perfectly arranged. Chef came out to say hi and to explain what is inside of the complimentary pieces. Seamless experience, but a note to traveller, it requires two full hours, please plan carefully!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was exceptional. The ambiance and service were flawless. The food was phenomenal — every flavor, every texture, every detail was thoughtfully crafted and perfectly executed. We loved the creativity that shone through in both the dishes and the menus. The restaurant itself is beautiful, quiet, and atmospheric, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening. We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and wonderful memories.

The food was extremely salty. Also, all dishes were extremely saucy for no reason. You would expect from such a restaurant to have perfect service, but unfortunately, the service was very poor, it seems that the chef is too arrogant cascading this attitude to all members of his team

Forse questo vi ha fatto pensare che io fossi arrogante, ma ero soltanto indaffarato e sarei venuto da voi appena possibile. Purtroppo sono riuscito a staccarmi dalla cucina troppo tardi, quando eravate già andati via. Vi assicuro però che vi ho salutato due volte passando davanti al vostro tavolo.Lo staff di sala ha avuto la sensazione che foste un tavolo che gradisse una certa intimità e hanno cercato di darvi un servizio meno invasivo possibile.Probabilmente invece avreste apprezzato più attenzioni da parte nostra.Quando ci sono queste emozioni poi anche il lavoro della cucina non viene apprezzato, quindi non commento assolutamente quello che pensate dei nostri piatti, anche se abbiamo pensato aveste gradito il menu, visto che avete mangiato tutto.Sarei felice di accogliervi nuovamente Roberto Di Pinto

Creative preparations, good value overall - plenty of "amuse bouche" (starters), great breads + oil and flavored butters, and also nice "petite patisserie" at the end; all this for a very reasonable "coperto" (5€) cost. Nice rhythm: not too fast, not too slow. Servings were quite large - so be prepared to eat quite a lot.

This restaurant is really something that real foodies will appreciate as it is cuisine with a soul!!! The head chef and founder of the restaurant was present and seems to be very involved in the restaurant workings. Most of the menu is built around his passions and life experiences and as such not only will it give you this notion of intimacy with it's creator but it is also something that clearly was done with passion and the plates were delicious and tasty in that way that home cooking is often tastier than nouvelle cuisine, but make no mistake this was a Michelin caliber type experience with the added benefit that their particular relationships with specific wineries made for some nice discoveries on that side of the experience. Finally the restaurant is not very large and the kitchen is easily visible (see through wall) from most tables and as such the relationship with the staff is very intimate as well, they are always right there at your disposal... thorough enjoyment

The ambiance, location and service personnel are very good. The presentation of the dishes is excellent, but the salt content needs to be reduced. The concept of wine matching for each dish is great. The personnel were extremely courteous. They provided multiple food options.

The cuttlefish pizza was delicious, but the chef's recommended risotto was just average, even though it used 100-year-old vinegar and 100-month-old cheese. I regretted not ordering the seafood risotto.

We have ordered the “short” taste menu and we find it delicious. The service is warm and the introduction of the dishes are professional. We shall come back the other time we are in Milan.

Wonderful meal , service and hospitality. Unassuming from outside but once you step in it’s shear elegance and the food does all the talking. Highly recommend it

Outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommended!! The qual dish for the main was a highlight. I also loved the personal touch of the chef explaining some of the dishes!!

Amazing food and presentation

Great taste and a new dimension of Italian food. The chef originally comes from Napoli and he takes you on his journey with modern Italian cooking and some steps back to the place he comes from. The service is excellent and the staff has got eye to detail. We had a lovely evening and a great experience, thank you!

We loved the atmosphere and the fact that the chef came and presented the first dish. His origins are well shown in the dishes with the Neapolitan influence. The food was more than enough and the wine pairing was great. We discovered Greco di tufo and loved it. A plus that they served a craft beer for one the parings.

Imaginative and technically perfect. For instance, my entrée involved sweetbread and freshly cooked foie gras, striking combination and exceedingly difficult to cook. Very nice ambience, chic yet relaxed. Absolutely impeccable service. A pity the high noise level - no background music (which is commendable,,) probably just poor engineering: I could see reverberation absorption panels but they just weren't very effective. Not cheap, but worth it.

This restaurant is a real treat .. a must try! The food is amazing and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend it for taste and creativity. The menu is a refreshing alternative to the more traditional northern Italy menu.
