All aspects of this amazing restaurant were excellent from the warm welcome, attentive service to the well presented and equally delicious dishes. This is a most unique and refreshing restaurant and a must on your list next time you visit.

We were initially looking for something different from the traditional Sicilian meal after two weeks traveling around Sicily, and we happened upon a recommendation for Singola. The warmth and exuberance of Armando to welcome us in - we were a little early - and the calm garden setting was a joy. When we were the only diners at the beginning or when the garden was more full when we were leaving, it has the same sense of calm and peace. We are not vegetarians but each of the dishes were full of flavors and as fresh as can be. And rather than trying to imitate something else that was not vegetarian, each taste was unique. I wish the rating system were not so rigid (1-5 stars) as if we could do half stars, our score would certainly be higher. Highly recommend something off of the traditional path.

Excellent experience! I wish I lived in Sicily so I could go back regularly! The service was outstanding and they paid careful attention to my nut allergy, so I did not have to worry. As a vegetarian, it was a pleasure to taste the fusion of flavours in the organic produce they use. The food is very imaginative and this is a very unique restaurant.

Singola was just an amazing experience. Being a vegetarian, but normally just getting the vegetable side dish is my usual experience. However Singola took my dining experience to another level. We shared dishes and the flavours plus combinations were sensational. Armondo was an amazing host who made our night. Friendly and welcoming.

I could record this restaurant to anyone visiting Modica. It’s a bit outside the city center and therefore less touristy. Each dish is prepared with a small twist. Very high quality food and good selection of wine. There’s a possibility to sit outside in the garden. Very enthusiastic staff. Definitely worth a visit not only by vegetarians.

Excellent flavours and combinations . Something quite different when traveling for a long periods , we really enjoyed the setting and the choice of food . An inspiration to who wants to experience something different !
