We had a nice meal at Cavatappi; the food was well prepared, and the wine list was good and quite reasonably priced. Our only complaint was that the service was very slow; a 3 course meal took nearly 3 hours (although the waiter acknowledged the slow service and comped our dessert without our asking for it). We'd go back again, provided there was no hurry for the meal.

Wonderful and quiet place just off the main road in Modica. The food is excellent and the wine list can cater for any taste and demand. With a discreet and attentive service our dinner at Cavatappi was one of the best experiences in Sicily.

Very cozy and tasty, with a large selection of wines. Emanuel selected a wonderful wine to go with each dish, such as Sicilian spuman and orange wine. I would happily go to this restaurant again.
