7.5/10The food was very good overall, but the experience was damped a bit by the door, woman server who seem to be taking care of the entire dining room. Finally, at the end of the meal, we saw another man, but she just seemed really unhappy, and never once smiled, which changes the experience. it was our last night in Amsterdam and so it felt a little bit sad.

10/10This restaurant has a warm vibe, classic surroundings, superb and friendly service as well as amazingly well-prepared food from far away cultures. I would highly recommend the experience to anyone looking for a great night out with authentic and tasty cuisine.

9.5/10Been here few times. This time my experience: restaurant was full when we (6) arrived at 19:00, and we waited about 10 min for our table - we were okay with that. They serve ‘hot plate’/sizzler food, and because it was so busy (and without greatest of ventilation) there place had very strong spices/curry smell, at least for hour or so - it got better later. Service was( (understandable) bit slow but super friendly waiter (owner?). Also waited long for mains. But food was really excellent: fish curry, butter chcken & chicken saag. Still one of my favourite & afordable Indian/Nepalese spots in Amsterdam.

8/10A lovely small restaurant, with good atmosphere, very friendly and efficient table service. The food was prepared very well and we didn’t have to wait long despite how busy it was. I recommend eating here. Tasty wholesome food

4.5/10Arrived 5 minutes before my 8pm reservation. No one paying attention to the door so I had to walk through the restaurant and up to the bar to get the attention of the staff. I was then made to wait 15 minutes before the manager(possibly the owner) cleared one of the many unoccupied tables. At this point I would have been very happy to at least order a drink and maybe some poppadoms but again I was ignored for another 15 minutes while the manager disappeared. I would have left if I hadn't walked over half an hour to get here and there didn't appear to be much competition in the immediate area either. The manager eventually returned and I ordered a beer and some poppadoms which arrived burnt. The main course was very nice. Good portion size and presented sizzling.

10/10Great restaurant with very delicious food.. lovely menu with a variety of original Indian & Nepalese specials. The waitresses are very friendly and professional, and the food always comes out nice and hot. Have been here a few times now and really love it and recommend it.

8.5/10Best Indian food in Amsterdam. We live around the corner and tried many Indian restaurant all throughout the city, but always come back to our local. The food is always on point, currys are not dripping in oil, good vegan options, our little dog is allowed to come with us and they will adjust any food to your liking. Do not hesitate and give it a try!

7.5/10The food was really good; however, the service wasn’t. We had to wait 25-30 min for them to take the order, another 20 minutes to get the drinks (at this time the restaurants was near empty). We couldn’t order tap water but an hour later the table next to us could. When I asked why his answer was “they are old people”. Simply the silliest excuse ever.
