What a fabulous meal! This was the best dining experience I’ve had in recent memory, and deserving of Michelin recognition in my opinion. Everything about the dining experience was amazing from the attentive and detail-minded staff to the food itself to the unmatchable view. From the beginning the food was very creative, beautiful, and a play of surprising food combinations and creations. I won’t spoil the surprise for you but the chef plays with combinations and breaks boundaries of food categories. The experience was full of extra surprises. The staff also accommodated our requests to make our time even more comfortable and spectacular. To find the restaurant, take the funicular up and walk to the right where the red Nuvole Garden hotel is and go up to the 5th floor. Finally, you have to check out the bathroom, it’s lovely in there!
