Overpriced for what you get even in Paris. Food ok nothing special. Went beacause it was convenient to our lodging after long travel day. Would not return.

Always a guaranteed hit! we have been here about six times, order different plates each time, and every dish has been the best we have ever had. A hidden jewel on the little island. Esther makes you feel at home every time!

The staff was attentif and the food was excellent. Everything our table ordered was great, from the gorgonzola gnocchi to the burrata salad to the salmon risotto, and more. Try and save room for dessert.

I dined here on a rainy night with a friend. The restaurant was welcoming and cozy and although the restaurant was full of diners, the service and the food were excellent. The only negative was the noise level, but that is to be expected in a small dining room filled to capacity.

Our absolute favorite restaurant in Paris! Ask for Esther - she’s wonderful! Food and wine is amazing. Small, intimate setting on Ile Saint Louie. We come to Paris often - and dine at Sorza at least 1x/week when we are here

I live in Paris, but am new and my dad came for a visit. I wanted to go to another resto, but it was full. Boy am I glad!! The aubergine entree (appetizer) was amazing! I don’t eat escargot, but my dad said they were amazing and the butter garlic sauce that they came in was great for dipping the fresh bread in! We had the steak for two and it was the best piece of steak I’ve had in France! For dessert, we had the apple tarte tartin, with vanilla ice cream. The tarte was great, but the homemade vanilla ice cream was probably the best I’ve ever had! More impressive was the kind woman that waited on us and everybody else in the restaurant!! She was on point. We did not wait for anything the pasta dishes that went past us looked amazing. My dad even remarked that he wants to go back before he leaves. It’s a small resto, so make a reservation. 12/10!!

Esther is the best - her recipes are phenomenal and will leave you dreaming of returning. She is quick, compassionate, and helpful. The ambiance feels high end yet comfortable at the same time. It feels like coming home. I cannot recommend Sorza enough. The best food in Paris.

This is my 4th time at Sorza over the last several years, and every meal has been a treat. It's a small place on the I'lle Saint Louis, but well worth the wait if you happen to be without reservation. The specials are amazing and I will be back on the next trip!

We had high hopes for this restaurant from the reviews and started off with a nice glass of champagne but the cheese soufflé was over cooked and more like an omelette, the risotto sitting under three nicely cooked scallops was very very cheesy and the spaghetti carbonara was drenched in cream. The whole bill was almost €150 which is a lot for what in the end was a fairly mediocre meal. Service was friendly and very prompt, atmosphere nice enough.

Cozy, well appointed room. Pleasantly lit. Friendly welcoming service. Good wine. My chicken was bland and very tough. Pasta was soft and boring, not lemony like the description. My companion’s dinner was no better. Reasonable prices though.

Everything from the cute and cozy ambience to the delightfully friendly waitstaff, to the great wine and to-die-for dishes was spot-on. Craveable pasta dishes, fresh and flavorful appetizers. I am tempted to come back a second night in a row!

I found Sorza on trip advisor with great reviews so decided to give it a go. Just a 10 minute walk from our hotel after a days walking it was perfect. It’s a really lovely little place with just a few tables so booking is advised. My husband and I shared the soufflé started which was amazing. Then I had the chicken and lemon pasta dish and he had the ravioli. Both were really good. We didn’t order a dessert so can’t comment on those. Very reasonably priced wine and food and great service. If we were staying longer in Paris we both said we would definitely of returned to try other dishes. The best meal we had during our stay in Paris.

Our table was ready when we arrived, but it was soon very apparent thar this restaurant catered primarily for American tourists. Most of the menu was Italian, with the occasional nod to French cuisine, (escargot and gorgonzola). Aside from that it was mainly pasta dishes with little flair or imagination. A la carte only after 7 pm, very disappointing.
