Safety issues. Poor staff training. A dish I ordered was placed in front of me. It was STILL BOILING HOT!!!!! LITERALLY, IT WAS STILL BOILING.Had I taken a bite I would’ve suffered from 3rd degree burns. No question or doubt about it. The person serving it needs to be immediately either removed or trained properly. I still can’t believe that happened. You serve your food when it’s ready to eat. Not when it’s scalding hot.

Our food is all home cooked and prepared when ordered, so that is absolutly normal that the dishes are hot when served, please ask next time you come to be served at the temperature you like and we would be pleased to do that ! Have a nice day and please pass your turban to come back at Sorza, you don’t understand the home cooked restaurants, go to Mac Donald next time, we are sure that would be perfect for your food expectations ! The owner was super helpful. She explained everything and helped us choose, although I’m sure you can’t go wrong with any choice there! The food was delicious, the ambiance was charming, and the service was great. 10/10. And so easy. Can’t wait to go back!

This is one of my favorite restaurants, it's on Ile St Louis, and I visit here each time I come to Paris. The cheese souffle is delicious, as is the Lemon Linguini! Well worth a visit!

This was our 4th time and I think the last one. The quality of the food went down in the last visit this year. The soufflé was overcooked and risotto tasteless. On our visit last night the fillet steak was hard to cut and the taste was no good.

Bonjour Domenico, There was a misunderstanding with the serving of the starters and the mains, the waitress Clémentine apologies many times for that but never you told her that the food wasn’t like usualy. You were a bit stressed and impatient last Friday night and wanted to order very quickly and to be served before the Lady near you. And when you left you were very kind with Clementine and told her that everything was fine. For information you didn’t eat a steak but a braised lamb shank, that meat is very tender because cooked for hours. You came earlier that week and seemed so pleased as usualy when you come at Sorza.
