10/10Excellent a la carte menu and food. Excellent service and enjoyable conversations with chef and waitresses. After a 4 hour experience we happily walked off to the hotel with great memories.

Interesting menu, with rather daring pairings that work splendidly, such as the sweetbreads with a shrimp bisque sauce and the Tuna carpaccio marinated in cumquat juice. each mouthful is a delight for the palate. Excellent wine list too. Friendly ambience, smiling and professional staff. A memorable experience

The evening didn’t start well as the restaurant had no trace of our booking, fortunately there was still one table available. Apart from that , it was fabulous, delicious food, attractively presented.

6/10I was birthday yesterday, I write a note for a small cake and a candle when I book a table. But they said they only see it’s my birthday, didn’t see ask for a candle. Just really upset about this.

10/10In my humble view and according to my experiences, the Stirwen is the best restaurant available in Brussels. I have two reasons to say this: The food they serve is not simply good, but it is a piece of art. Amazing tastes are combined, offering a unique restaurant experience in the first place. Secondly, the service is above the highest standards. The waiters are beyond being most professionals because they are extremely kind and sweet persons, you feel like a close friend is recommending the dishes, and they really want you to enjoy your stay at the Stirwen as much as possible. I have a huge dislike in several restaurants all over the world, when you pick a dish to order, then the waiter tells you they are sorry, but they do not have the chosen dish today. It does not happen at Stirwen. Indeed, one fish on the menu was not available, such things happen. However, the waitress started informing us that she regretted it, but one specific offer was not available. This does not happen often, and this small episode speaks very highly about the place. I love Stirwen, this somewhat expensive restaurant, but I must say it worth each Euro you spend here.

9/10This was a very nice experience, a discovery in the European Center of Brussels. Last minute booking, received a call to confirm which shows some interest for the customers... we took the 6 course surprise menu with the house wines selection and have been really surprised by the mix of flavors and colors we got on our plates. They respected food preferences as we had no allergy and form the first course to the digestive we were very pleased. Service was good but could have been more attentive.. The price respected the quality of the experience. Probably a raising star. Strongly recommend and will definitively come back.

5/10This was a terrible experience. When we came in it was okay. We were welcomed and introduced to our table. We choose for the full experience so the five courses and the wine arrangement. We were waiting for 15 minutes at the table before the menu came but we already knew what we wanted. Afterwards after the apperitive what was good we started with an amuse (what we found out) since we started with the ‘starter’ I asked about the wine. She said hu but this is not a starter so we did not get wine with it. We waited quite long so we didn’t had any drinks or the opportunity to order something. Afterwards we got three meals all with ice and really hot what is not really great with a stumach problems. They did not know what was in any meal so that was quite disappointing. I ended up at a food poisoning the crab was not good. I was sick for 4 days unfortunately so i really do not recommend this restaurant since we paid 280 euros for this experience.

10/10As always - the food was absolutely outstanding, the service polite and competent. I can fully recommend this restaurant - not only as a treat, but also as a place that can be made as a restaurant where one returns happily to enjoy constantly outstanding and special food.

10/10Excellent! Great service by both sommelier, chef and waiter as well. The dishes was superb with a great wine pairing. This compared to the realatively cheap price makes it invaluable. I would love to come here again and hope that they get a michelin star in the near future!

9.5/10A very good experience. Tried the 5 course meal and the accompanying wines and I have been impressed. The sashimi was excellent, the fish very fresh and tasty. The risotto very well cooked and the asparagus accompanying it very juicy. The first main poultry very tasteful and the crust well executed. The foi gras very juicy but the skin could be a tad more crispy. Still very tasty. And a very appropriate and refreshing desert based on citrus. The wine selection very appropriate for each dish. The stuff very friendly. A bit expensive of course but no regrets, the experience was unique. I recommend it one hundred percent.

4.5/10Bad experience !!! Once we booked a table for special night at Michelin restaurant .. i guéss everyone expect to have a good quality of food and nice services BUT last night We were really DISSAPOINTED for what we paid 200 Euro per person because the food wàs not good at all , this is really not a quality of Michelin resto. What we have received The sauce was burned , the pre sober was too strong. We told to waiter about the food but no react to do something better.. this is the last time in this restaurant, Best regards

6.5/10Explanation on dishes are not kind. In the main dish, combination of fish and source is not appropriate. Overall, dishes have no surprise. After lunch, tea is not hot.
