sushi was decent, maki was very good. tequila drink was good but the gin drink was short on alcohol. I think they could spend less on the show and get better quality fish.

Beautiful restaurant, great service - everyone was super nice and very quick! The food wasn't great unfortunately, specially considering the price. We were 2 and had 2 large sushi menus and most pieces lacked flavour, even though the presentation was excellent.

This was our third time dining at Subenshi. It did not disappoint. Great miso soup (some restaurants just go through the motions on miso soup, but this one was really good and comforting). We had the Kaishi combo, with more traditional sushi and sashimi. It was all fresh and beautifully presented. The waiters were very attentive.

This is a very approximative version of Japanese food. Good will is not enough. Only cheap, culture grown fish was served in the sushis. Nice service though.
