4.5/10I ordered the dry-aged ribeye, expecting a quality steak, but it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The meat was tough, rubbery, and literally felt like chewing gum. I sent it back asking for it to be cooked more, but when it returned, nothing had changed—it was still inedible. Hands down, the worst steak I’ve ever been served.

10/10From the moment we walked in the attentive staff made us feel welcome and in for a treat. The meal was delicious and the desserts scrumptious! As the full moon rose over the river we were treated to even more amazing views over a glass of Port.

Sadly one you charge over 100€ per person, my expectation is for top food top service and top restaurant experience. Let’s start with the food, starters were ok however mains very disappointing. Small and simple portions nothing special in ant direction, flavors, textures, combinations, presentation or any other aspect. Service ok not excellent or good. Atmosphere, the place is beautiful the door to the smoking section is all the time disturbing the music level very high you can hardly can talk. There is another expensive restaurant in Av Liberdad that give a great experience and amazing food.

10/10Beautiful location paired with fantastic food made for an extremely memorable dinner. The only disappointment was the bar had a difficult time with a standard drink. Looking forward to returning to lLsbon and this restaurant for sure will be on our list of places to come back to.

10/10We're only in Lisbon for 10 days and we've been to Sud Terrazza twice. Fantastic food, great service and the last time we were there, great singers!! If we're ever in Lisbon again, we will defintely want to come back

The service was good and the food was delicious, the dessert was too sweet for me. The downside was that we were seated at a table and when it started to rain, water started dripping from the ceiling on us. We asked to change the table, but 20 minutes later, other people were sitting at the table where the rain was dripping on us. And this is disrespectful to customers

7/10We celebrated my daughter’s birthday there and selected it as we heard it was special. The view, the space and the vibe were just what we wanted. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere and entertainment was fantastic. They went out of their way to make it special for my daughter and even brought complimentary birthday cake for her. I just wish the food had been equally spectacular. Overall, highly recommend for special occasions.

6/10While the food quality was good, what really stood out was how bad the service was. It started with the reception at the front door: despite having reservations, we were seated at an awful table right by the service entrance, with oversized cushioned chairs that were clearly not designed for dining. After complaining, we had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated in a better area. After that for some reason, except for one, all the waiters acted condescendingly, as if they were doing us a favor. After two weeks of dining in Portugal and Spain, from fine dining restaurants to small bars, I can safely say that SUD was where I had the worst experience with regard to service.

We were a group of 4 and all left disappointed. I have eaten in many restaurants around Lisbon and received many recommendations for SUD Lisboa. My expectations were very high. I do not see myself returning.

10/10My husband and I brought our friends here for dinner and it was absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious and fresh, drinks were yummy too. The views and entertainment were amazing. We truly enjoyed ourselves! Just be sure to adhere to the two hr restriction, we were transferred over to the lounge area to have dessert and coffee (still very nice and comfortable)
