7/10The service is polite but not exactly attentive – often slow, if not very slow. The atmosphere is pleasant, though the music is rather loud and the sheer size of the room creates quite a bit of noise. The food, however, is disappointing and overpriced: easily 50% higher than some Michelin-recommended restaurants. The slow-cooked cod is decent, but nowhere near the incomparable version of Chef Luis Calei. Worth stopping by for a cocktail, perhaps, but otherwise best avoided. An overpriced tourist trap.

3.5/10We arrived for our reservation, was told to wait a few minutes as they were getting the table ready (even though there were free tables) No one approached us for 20 minutes so we decided to walk out.

5/10I’ve been to SUD multiple times and it’s more disappointing each time. Price food quality is very bad. Drinks are a bit better but nothing special. Great view and location but definitely not worth the price.

8/10The host was excellent and did a fantastic job of welcoming us. The food was good and the ambiance was marvelous. The server was pleasant and did a nice job until he served our meal. After serving our meal, he didn’t once come back to check on us nor did anyone else in the restaurant. We waited 40 minutes before we had to ask someone to help us with the check. When we asked to speak to the manager, the staff didn’t know what to do. That is unacceptable in a restaurant of this caliber. With service like this, the Sud is sure to fail in the long run.

4.5/10I ordered the dry-aged ribeye, expecting a quality steak, but it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The meat was tough, rubbery, and literally felt like chewing gum. I sent it back asking for it to be cooked more, but when it returned, nothing had changed—it was still inedible. Hands down, the worst steak I’ve ever been served.
