9/10I felt very unpleasant when I walked in without a reservation on the first day and was curtly told "We are fully booked." However, when I visited the next day, I was apologized to for the full booking the previous day. I believe that the customer service attitude should be consistent.

10/10The staff were great! I’m from the SF Bay Area and this is the best sushi I’ve ever had!! I got the moriawase taka and the fish was so fresh. I also got the wagyu and fatty tuna nigri. The FATTY TUNA NIGIRI WAS AMAZING, just get it!

10/10A hidden gem in Barcelona, this restaurant is our favorite. It offers the whole range of Japanese cuisine at its finest. The Chef is a discrete virtuoso: the sashimis, nigiris and makis are exquisitely cut and presented with the typical Japanese refinement. The same applies to the cooked dishes whose subtle flavours harmoniously blend. We’ve come many times over the past year and the quality is always perfect, with specials of the day and suggestions. And we’ve had happy discoveries with the carefully selected wine and sake list.

About this restaurant
En esta nueva taberna japonesa, el chef Mitsu Taka Kawata, cumple el sueño de darse a conocer (aún más) con una cocina muy personal, y lo hace junto al castellonense Manel Lapuerta, su mano derecha en los fogones (tampoco le falta experiencia). Impecables sus niguiris de calamar, de ventresca de atún, de anguila o el de auténtica carne de Kobe. Perfectos tanto la ostra con punzu, como los mejillones con sake, pasta picante de yuzu y hierbas. Para repetir una y otra vez, las gyozas de cerdo ibérico y la tempura de soft crab con salsa de tomate, ajo y jengibre. Y para terminar, nada mejor que el mochi de fresa. ¡Espectacular! Si te decantas por los mejillones es obligatorio pedir una cuchara para tomar el delicioso caldo. No dejarás ni gota. Mmmm…
