We had a very good meal of a variety of tapas at this restaurant - really delicious. The service was excellent, the staff coming to take and serve our order quickly and with a friendly demeanour. The tables are nicely spaced so that it feels sociable but not crowded. A great first night in Barcelona for us!

I honestly don’t understand the Michelin star. The waiter who served us was not quite hospitable. We needed to order everything in advance although we had no clue how small or large the portions would be. When we said we would firsr only want to order 1 dish he did difficult. Also I don’t understand the reason why I should give my mastercard details when making the reservation. Ok and then the food.. I have eaten at more then 10 restaurant with a Michelin star. The food at Sucelent is far from the quality one expects off a Michelin star restaurant. And I’m not only talking about the food also the lay-out of the dishes, atmosphere and service.

Lovely terrace on Rambla Catalunya with fantastic service, food was great with the discount, maybe a bit expensive without the 30% off. Merluza was the winning dish.
