Good food and nice place in the midle of Barrio Alto. 2 gentelments playing and singing Fado amazing! recomended!

the good was food but they weren’t enough: the girl outside says it they were a big portions, but they weren’t. Overall the food that arrive was good and there was also good Fado live music.

Most delicious octopus, even the garlic spinach was amazingly good. Fado musicians were lovely surprise. Staff were very friendly and personable. Exceeds expectations!

The atmosphere and the music make the place welcoming and nice. The shrimps and the sardines are good, the sangria also. Fatima, the Fado singer and her colleagues give customers the chance to feel the authentic Portuguese spirit.

What a fun evening!! The service and ambiance were excellent. The fado musicians they had really added to the entire experience. I had the vegetarian paella, which was outstanding! My partner had the mixed skewers, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely a highlight of the trip!

Our waiter Ritsa, was super Caring and sweet. She knew the menu and understood our order. I thought the mixed salad was very tiny. The rest of the food was very good and hot and nice portions. Thanks for the good meal

The food was great, the atmosphere was lovely and especially the fado musicians who played live in front of us Would recommend everyone tries this place out. Thanks to Bhagwati for great service too!

The friendly service, the delicious food, and the Fado music. The Fado musicians made a point of talking with us and explaining their instruments, very interesting. Hugely enjoyable evening.

Very hot inside! Service slow but the restaurant was full so it’s something to expect. Fado music was authentic!

Typical restaurant for tourists, tables very close to one another and the fado was approximately 10 minutes.

Read about this place on the fork and thought we'd give it a try. We went quite early in the evening so was only us and one other table in the restaurant. They had Faso singers on who were I must say excellent. The food was delicious and served to us by very friendly young staff. Had it been busier I think it would have obviously had much more atmosphere but it was a very nice meal.

Great olives bread and grilled fish. Some fine Alentejo wines. And Fado guitar and singing music adds to the atmosphere ( no fixed charge for Fado but tips are sought )

The waiters were nice and the food was good, but the main dish portions were small (I had the Polvo à Lagareiro). What I really didn’t like was that the first time the bill came to the table, there was no TheFork discount… I asked for it and they gave us 30% when in the reservation clearly said 50%, I almost had to “fight for it” show the reservation on my phone, where it said 50%… I mean, don’t the restaurants have access to that?
