10/10A small locale furnished with items of Tibetan origin. Some relatively old some recent. Food offers either 4 different rice tables or single items. Wonderful presentation. Great ingredients. Spicy in some cases. Warn if you have nut/peanut allergies because some sauces do have nut/peanut content. We stuck either the Indonesian menu. We’ll try the Tibetan menu next time. Overall s very positive experience. Highly recommended.

10/10Excellent food and attentive service. Ordered the chefs selection Indonesian rijstaffel. All dishes were delicious and portion sizes were good and not small as described in some reviews.Sometimes there is just too much food and can be overwhelming at rijstaffel restaurants. Here it was an elegant way to have the experience ,

10/10I regularly come to this restaurant and the food is really amazing. But the best part is the service. The waiters are so friendly and attentive, apart from being handsome and charming :-). They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. 10+ from me.

10/10This is one of my favourite restaurants in Amsterdam. The food is excellent and the waiters are so friendly, especially the guys. Both the Tibetan and Indonesian dishes are equally delicious.

10/10I've been in Amsterdam for two weeks, and eaten out every night, sampling different cuisines. My dinner at Tashi Deleg was the best I've had....very different tastes than I've ever experienced, including an amazing homemade chili sauce. The service was very very good, I'm going back before I leave Amsterdam.

10/10Tashi Deleg is a small restaurant that has proven it's quality for over a long time. The food is great and so is their service. It's combination of both Indonesian and Tibetan dishes is a joy and it's attractively priced. It's a lovely place where you would like to return to.

10/10I wish I could say the visit was a nice meal, but actually it was an amazing gastronomical experience! Five stars all around. We went for the Tibetan Special Menu for 2 people and we love every single one of the dishes. Will definitely come back to try the other specials. Addicted!

8/10We booked this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. Not having too much experience of Indonesian food, we were a bit cautious in ordering. The starters were amazing. The chicken sate skewers were incredible and the Tibetan potatoes (no.6 on the menu) also really tasty. The main courses though weren't great. Well flavoured but no sauce with either of them. My partners chicken was so spicy he couldn't eat it. We think it was just a case that we didn't order the right things. Never mind. However.....THE SERVICE WAS SUPERB. Such friendly staff. Almost worth it for them alone!!

2.5/10The food was terrible and not Indonesion at all, the wines was not good and fresh. The food was not hot en the fried rice had no taste at all. The ambiance was poor and cold.

6.5/10I heard about this restaurant since a while and always wanted to visit. I really love the idea of small dishes to try different Indonesian varieties but considered this one is a bit poor in Tashi Deleg. 4 dishes on each 3 levels of chili spiciness but looked as meat dishes were exactly the same just with more chili in the end. Know some other Indonesian restaurants in town where 'little plates' choices are far more varied and due to that Tashi Deleg was a disappointment unfortunately. Definitely not plan to come back there. It is a pity as place has a lot of potential. Room for changes and improvements definitely.

10/10Wonderful Indonesian food!! I came with my friend who lived in Indonesia for 10 years. He ordered all his favorites, and the dishes were flavorful and healthier than typical Indonesian cooking. The staff was very kind & polite. Highly recommend!!

9.5/10Very nice family restaurant, both Indonesian and Tibetan rijsttafels are on our list of favourites. Such a pleasure to go there again and very happy they survived the hard Covid times. We will go back!
