A beautiful, atmospheric space with the old mill, floral ceiling fabrics and vintage pimentón tiles. Kind, attentive staff. Semisalazones were delicate, almonds with truffle addictive, and the pistachio ajo verde the highlight.

This was a journey of culinary delights. Every dish on the tasting menu was small but packed with flavour and beautiful design. We would definitely come back. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, especially for a Monday.

I rarely leave reviews for restaurants, but although I wasn’t in the best mood today, my emotions greatly improved after the meal. The creativity of the dishes, the exquisite plating, and the unexpected variety of flavors were impressive. I was especially struck by the squid in the appetizer — there was no fishy smell at all, and it was paired with a rich, flavorful ink-based sauce that really stood out. For the main course, I chose pigeon, which was also excellent. However, I believe it could be even better by incorporating techniques from Chinese-style crispy roast pigeon to make it juicier. The service was also outstanding — the staff asked for and genuinely listened to my feedback on the dishes. All in all, this is a restaurant well worth visiting. I’m already looking forward to my next meal here!

Everything in this restaurant was at a realy high level. We liked very much the service they were respectfull but relaxed ank kind. All the meals tasty nicely served but not in a Michelin style tree drops on a big plate. It is cosy and pleasant. We just felt good

A restaurant you would not expect to find except in a much larger international city. As a former restauranteur and spoiled expense account foodie I can simply say it was a really good dinner. It’s very well known in Murcia. (So what, I know, but it’s good grub). Anyone you ever brought here would be at ease and well satisfied. If they aren’t- don’t take them anywhere again. Extremely “simpatico” and efficient service. I also noticed how brilliantly curated the music was and actually wanted it louder. I am busy and rarely review. This is a seriously good one given it’s in Spain’s version of Manchester or Liverpool. (Probably more Derby or Nottingham). If you can’t be bothered to speak Spanish, they’ll nicely guide you. If you are daft enough to compare it to somewhere flash you have been, compare the price.

A very pleasant dining experience in an interesting setting. The location is 20 + minutes from the Murcia center, but well worth the trip. The hostess’ recommendation of the tasting menu was a good one.
