10/10We have been to Tec again after the first excellent experience and we were so amazed by the quality of the food we have ordered. Oyster and red prawns were so fresh . Then we had tuna tartare with passion fruit seeds and celery that really surprised us for that tasty combination. Also artichoke with scamorza cheese and bottarga was something new and very well balanced. As main we had turbot and red mullet , again fresh and highly recommend particularly the turbot . The service have been perfect and the kitchen is also flexible to allow some variation of the menu. Wine list is full of very interesting labels with reasonable mark up. This time we choose a fantastic Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand , Little Beauty a very rare label with a rather affordable price. Top dinner we shall come back.
