We visited for dinner and found the experience to be a combination of high highs and awkward lows. Culinary-wise, the kitchen shows promise but is inconsistent. We started with the anchovies and mussel soup as antipasti, followed by mains (tuna with pistachio and spaghetti vongole). The tuna with pistachio was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The vongole pasta, however, missed the mark completely; the dish was excessively oily and didn't have much taste, which was a letdown. The service felt a bit disorganised, with staff rushing around the floor. Most uncomfortably, the logistics of the restaurant meant that incoming guests had nowhere to wait. We had strangers standing right next to our table for half an hour while we tried to eat, which killed the intimacy of the meal. Overall a nice spot, but the crowd management needs serious improvement.

Wonderful restaurant with a great atmosphere and delicious, authentic Italian food. The service was outstanding! Francesca made us feel at home and helped us choose excellent dishes and wine from the menu. Highly recommended – we will definitely come back! ❤️

The attention of the waiter and the manager were extraordinary. The Pasta Alle Vongole, were delicious. The Melanzane Parmigiana was good however seems to have been prepared before and just re heated. The tiramisu was excellent! Will come back for sure!

Came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday and both the food and service exceeded our expectations! Even though we did not speak Italian our waiter was super patient and helped us out as much as he could, even offering suggestions on the menu. During dessert they even cut the lights, played happy birthday on the speakers, and brought out my friends dessert with candles which was very sweet. Overall was great dinner!

The food was great and presented beautifully. The service was amazing and our waiter was friendly and engaging. The establishment is beautiful and well kept. The only thing I would change is that the dinner lighting is quite bright. I will definitely be eating at Donna Caterina again.
