Staff was polite but service was disorganised and slow. We waited 40 mins for our food after ordering and although busy the restaurant wasn’t packed. Extremely noisy to the point that conversation was almost impossible. They could do with investing in some noise cancelling features. I had Katsu chicken. The sauce was nothing like a katsu sauce. Tasted like the British HP sauce. I won’t be back.

Food and drinks were delicious. It was very noisy and tables were so close together that it was difficult to get through to seats on the other side of the table. It was not possible to have tap water - only bottled.
