Overall it was good, the special menu was worth the value, and super healthy! Service was definitely lacking, needs to improve.

Food - Ordered Burger, Ham Croquettes and Tuna Tataki. Burger and fries were cold when they came out which is shocking to say the least considering the price. Ordered the burger to be cooked to medium, and thought that it was probably on the rarer side. Overall, the burger was not worth it and put a dampner on the evening considering the €20 price tag. Ham Croquettes - Very tasty. Tuna Tataki - Tasted lovely, however it did arrive quite a while after the burger which was not ideal To drink we had the Cava and White Sangrias - Tasty but seemed more like a cocktail than a proper sangria (Had gin added to it, etc) The views were stunning and the restaurant had a great vibe. What I would say is that the chairs we sat on didn’t have very good back support, making eating our food difficult. Was offered water on arrival which was a kind gesture… didn’t realise I would get charged for it. Would come back if what I commented improved!

Service was extremely slow. We arrived at 12:45 and left a little before two. Due to the slow service we only got one drink. We thought of getting another but it wasn’t worth it

The decoration and views are nice. The service is not 5 star standard. We asked for a a table with shadow and were obliged to ask 3 different people because nobody was the responsable. And finally when we asked for the bill, we had to wait patiently and were almost forgotten. We just had drinks like most of the clients, so. nothing too complicated to deal with. Many staff but almost zero service and music selection was a bit erratic as well. Would not recommend this spot.

The view is absolutely breathtaking, but the drinks and appetizers were excellent too! Many rooftop bars in Barcelona, you pay for the view and compromise on the other things. Not here! Highly recommend the papas bravado and croquettes. Enjoy!

Mika was very nice to accommodate our table change request as she took our order. The guests sitting at the best table on the terrace had just left and we asked Mika if we would be able to move. She spoke with the hostess and they made it happen and made our experience such a pleasure!

This venue has a stunning view. Some of the waitresses were extremely accomodating and it seems that they carry the weight of their colleagues that are performing poorly. If you are on a tight schedule and this is your pit stop, I do not recommend considering the slow service. However, if this is your last stop of the day and you have nowhere else to be, the venue is enjoyable.

We waited for 25 minutes, the waiters, at least 5 of them, took care of all the other tables except us. We just stood up and left. They didn't bother to ask why we're leaving

Not great of a service. We booked a table for 20.30 and we were seated after one hour. Slow service, a bit rude and inattentive. Great location but not worth it for the service.

Had reserved a table, still it was not available when we came. They forgot one of the 7 burgers, so that came when everyone else had finished the meal, one of the burgers was raw on the inside, and when we noticed the waitress she said we should have tols her earlier. In the end they wanted us to pay full price 🙃

I’ve made a reservation via The Fork which was confirmed via email after inserting the card info. On the reservation page is stated that a fee of 40€ will be charge in case the client won’t show up BUT it is not mentioned that 40€ is also the minimum charge at the restaurant. We arrived on time and they informed us that my name is not on the list even though I ve showed them the confirmation email. In the end they sort it out and we received a table. Had to way 10-15 minutes until somebody gave us the menu and another 10-15 until our order was taken( it was not crowded only 1 server available). We had 2 sangrias and smth to eat 2 - 40 €. It was not the worst experience but I will not recommend the terrace. Also the view was not as expected.

I love this place very much, except the fact that security at the entrance door to hotel, I find them always not friendly - and always trying to make it hard to go to the rooftop, since last unpleasant experience I use to book the table - even with the reservations I find them not nice. As a member of IHG, I find this hotel’s staff a bit out of their place…

Went for a view of the cathedral but the view was blocked by the pool deck and not advertised correctly. Staff were not very friendly and tried to charge us for a pitcher of Sangria when we only ordered a glass. Food was very average and we were not happy with the overall experience which was very upsetting.

Terrible service. Food took over an hour to arrive. We only got the food once we asked about it. Servers never checked on us. We just sat there for an hour doing nothing. Would never go again nor would I recommend anyone visit here.

The Dutch female server was fantastic. She was so nice and it's nice to see a friendly face when going to a rooftop. Some are a bit too stuffy but she made us feel very welcomed. I've been to Vivi a few times and the views are great, the cocktails are strong and the prices aren't terrible for a rooftop. Will return again.

It's a beautiful Terraza with an amazing view. There was one maybe two people serving the whole place and its really hard to get them to notice you. You basically have to beg them to sell you something. Not cheap.

The menu is tiny and nothing impressive at all. The place is not that big, but sometimes you have to wave your hands quite actively to get some attention. They are not very quick. The view… well, from the swimming pool it is more or less nice, but the buildings around close up most of it. Though the overall impression is nice
