An old textile factory transformed into a restaurant with high ceilings, an intimate ambiance of light and candles, and decorated with a variety of plants. We were very well attended by Emily, who explained each step of the menu that brought different textures and flavors to our palate. The concept of the restaurant was very well tied to the dishes. Very pleasant dining experience, we would definitely go back to try the Seda menu.
