We arrived at Tinchitè in Valderice after a long day of driving, just as the kitchen was about to close—and they could not have been more accommodating. The interior was warm and welcoming for pranzo, and the food, wine, and service were even better. A gracious, memorable stop we’re very glad we found.

I was welcomed in with a smile and shown to my table where the menu is on a QR code in Italian French or English. Great range of local dishes including the famous red prawns (that I had tartar in a risotto) I had amberjack as secondi. Both dishes beautiful. I was recommended a great white wine from the area that accompanied the food really well. I finished it off with a lemon sorbet. Great meal

Great menu di pesce as well as terra. We had the spada con pistacchi and insalata. The spada was perfect. It was too hot for anything more but all looked good.

very nice location, good to find a parking slot around, great food, very traditional, AMAZING WINE :) Marco de Bartoli - Grappoli del Grillio. You have to try the Lobster Ravioli, very tasking :)
