We discovered this restaurant thanks to its 5-star Google rating. Located in the luxurious Hotel Soligo, it impresses with stylish interiors and local art. We were lucky to try two menus: my husband chose “Tradizione” and I had “Che Cinema!”. The service team, led by Paola with sommelier Stefano, created the perfect setting. Highlights were my “Rombo alla Clooney” – turbot cooked in vodka and prosecco with samphire salt – and “Spaghetto al nero Penelope Cruz” with perfectly al dente spaghetti and red prawns. My husband especially loved the fried egg with pea foam, gold leaf, and monk’s beard, as well as “Mama’s Risotto”. His deer fillet with green beans and smoked carrots was equally superb. Chef Stefano deserves the highest praise, and pastry chef Giusi’s desserts were an exquisite finale. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for giving us such a wonderful evening.
