V is a higher level restaurant, linked to a hotel but for external guests as well. The service is extremely friendly, without exception. The food is freshly made and the dishes are nicely dressed. V is working with a number of local partners and is a proud ambassador of the local gastronomy, at very affordable prices. Strange that we were alone in the restaurant, as it is definitely worth a visit!

Lovely restaurant great atmosphere excellent location. A lot of effort from the team. The food is excellent and interesting and reflects both tradition and innovation and boldness. We really liked the meaty dishes, the fillet of beef and the dish with the veal. The pasta with almond sauce is good but we liked a bit less the dish with quail eggs. The desserts are excellent.

We chose this restaurant through my first time use of The Fork. What a gem although initially we we unsure as the restaurant had few customers when we arrived. The food, service & attention to detail couldn’t have been better. All 3 in our party chose a different menu selection & we’re highly satisfied. Our server was excellent & obviously enjoyed ensuring that we would be well satisfied with the service.
