6/10Very quiet with no music or atmosphere. we asked for tap water with our food and drinks but did not get it. One of the waiters split a large beer all over the next table and over me.

3.5/10Our mains arrived whilst we were still eating our starters. This to me, is an absolute sin, it completely ruined my experience. To make matters worse, the St Louis Ribs were dry and over cooked. My wife ordered the potato skins, they were dripping in oil and virtually inedible. Were on holiday in Madrid, but if we come back to the city this is definitely one place we won't be coming back to.

5/10Food was good but ZERO ambiance. It wasn’t busy and there was no music. We could hear ourselves chew LOL. Service was ok but not great to be honest. Very slow.

6/10It was mediocre. We ordered the salad as a side for our meals and it was literally the same as you get for burger toppings. Two raw onion slices on two slices of tomato and two pieces of lettuce. Then you get a packet of olive oil, a packet of vinegar and a packet of salt. So you make your own salad. It was a bit comical. We honestly didn't know if it was for the burger or was the side. Chicken tenders were good. The cookie skillet was not bad. The rest of the food (half chicken and burgers) was just ok. If you are hoping to be at Tony Romas of the West, this isn't it.

2.5/10Family of 4 on the Bliss menu on Christmas Day. The appetizer selection was two appetizers for the table. The wings had 6 wings not 8. How difficult is it to do 2 wings per person? Nachos were average. Three ordered ribs, none were tender, and one looked as if it was dried out. The plate consisted of ribs and a handful of fries. The Chicken Caesar Salad was the third entree. The chicken was bland and chewy. The creamy dressing was runny. There were tomatoes included as well. Service was less then. We sent back the ribs and ordered a substitute, a burger that took 20 minutes to arrive. During that time our server did not return with an update or to see if we wanted refills. Server brought the replacement meal and didn’t ask if the rest of the party wanted anything else. We did manage to get our deserts to go, but the server brought us the wrong check and had to go back for the right one. Reservation was made based on what was available in the area. The fixed menu would not have been chosen if it wasn’t the only option at the time. I doubt we would ever go to that location let alone any Tony Roma’s ever again. Not worth it. Dismal experience on Christmas Day.

10/10Great experience, I would recommend this to anyone as a great option for a tasty meal in Madrid. The food quality is great if you love American-style BBQ and burgers, and they have some great starters too! Free refill on sodas is a welcomed plus, and also I really appreciated how they default to serving your Coke Zero with ice and lime (I normally have to request this). You're also given wet wipes to wash your hands off all the delicious sauce at the end. Great touches! The space is nice and cozy, it's not a claustrophobic restaurant but it is also not huge, which is perfect for enjoying your meal without excessive noise or feeling crowded. The location we went to, in the Gran Via, is very central and easy to find - close to lots of points of interest, so you don't even have to go out of your way to eat here. If you're lucky enough to be served by Silvia like we were, you can expect a wonderful experience as she was extraordinarily attentive, very friendly, and efficient. We had a great time thanks to her! Lastly, for those who care, they did put a lot of effort into their Halloween decorations. So if you're into that, so are they. :)

3/10Ranch Salad was very average. Served on a flat plate hard to keep inside. Almost none fry sticks. Ranch dressing. Linguine OK. We asked for a beverage for the terrace and we received no service. I had to go ask in the bar for both beverages. 7.00 euros for a coke and a Fanta. Servers are very basic, not cooperative. The restaurant does not have an elevator, and I attended with my impaired father. They had to clear us a table on the first floor, even though I had made the reservation 2 nights before. Very disappointing. I attended a year ago and the salad was huge, in a very large and nice bowl. I was offered various seating options. Completely disappointing. Tony Roma’s is an american established brand. The franchise in Gran Vía is a huge disappointment. They should sell the franchise or revamp the entire concept, service and servers. Never again.

3.5/10The food was OK but it was served in batches at different times... we have to wait 30 min for one of the desserts and another additional 10 min for the second one!! And the 2nd dessert was an ice cream that arrived completely melted. The service was terrible! And the restaurant wasn't even full...

3/10I booked a reservation for my birthday,the servive wasn't good...we waited for so long...and they served the food the ribs are dry and cold,even the burgers are cold,the french fries you can count to your fingers and cold too! We were 10 all my guests are really hungry and dissapointed too! We ate so many times in Tony Romas,but only Tony Romas gran via!????????????

10/10The waiter saw that we had a reservation and confirmed the discount we expected. The food arrived quickly and we both thoroughly enjoyed everything. The bill didn’t show the discount but this was quickly corrected when we pointed it out. We will look to book again next time we are in Madrid
