Not great service or food …. Veggie burger returned as it was stone cold. Ribs & fries just about warm enough not quite what I expected having been to other Tony Romas in Spain. Based on this experience we won’t be trying another one any time soon.

ordered a well done sirloin, after waiting for 5 mins was informed they didn’t have any; ordered well done beef tenderloin, came red! Then had to wait another 19 mins while my husband ate his dinner alone!

Our mains arrived whilst we were still eating our starters. This to me, is an absolute sin, it completely ruined my experience. To make matters worse, the St Louis Ribs were dry and over cooked. My wife ordered the potato skins, they were dripping in oil and virtually inedible. Were on holiday in Madrid, but if we come back to the city this is definitely one place we won't be coming back to.
