5.5/10We walked in few minutes after our reservation started. Marco seemed slightly not in the mood to work on Sunday evening. Couldn't find our reservation, showed mine on the fork app, fiddled with system and were shown where we could sit. The tables reserved for couples was in that usual claustrophobic corner where it tends to get dusty, forgotten to be taken care due to a massive column hiding us and no decor or window for us. Though I get it , Marco is just a worker there with rules to comply, so our interactions were pleasant at all times. Anyways, ordered a platter of chips, sure, it was warm, but how come chips aren't crispy or crunchy at all? Then after more than half an hour, someone else came to take our order for our mains. She actually came to take our plates as she thought we were on our way out, big laugh. Our order came when I'm almost done with my pint , Two burger meals with chips were cold. That was it.

7/10Great location but we chose the place for the ribs and they were truly disappointing: overcooked and a bit cold. No ambiance at all and friendly staff but only average service.

2/10Really bad food. Horrible service. The staff clearly are not trained, and most seemed as if they had never worked there before. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

8/10The place is in the city, the ribs are delicious, and the workers are great. I would recommend this place to eat for it is not very expensive but at the same time not very cheap.

3/10Burger was aceptable but can't believe the bad quality of the ribs that they aims to be the best in town. Without flavour or any sauce. Disappointed totally. The service slow and didn't put the discount on yums in the bill. I'm not returning

6.5/10Our ribs were a bit on the cold side. Wish they put it longer in the grill/oven. Especially since we were one of the first guests at 20:00 so it was not busy at all. No complaints about the service though. The restaurant also misses atmosphere, something warm is missing. Now it feels like a fast food place. We actually spent only 1hour and 10min total in there. So service was quick, perhaps a bit too quick. We prefer hotter ribs though.

7.5/10Friendly staff, nice meat and good selection of foods. It’s not the place if you want to go somewhere special, the ambience and setting resembles more the one of a diner. I’ll been there once but for my taste it won’t be a second.

7.5/10When arriving booking not found but we were given a table and relivant fork discount. Sevice a bit disrupted due to unknown problem with staff. Food very good we could not fault the food but sevice was not good at all.
