Food is great, but the service was just awful. not in the sense of unfriendly, just took a long time. We had to get the waiters attention several times and waited for main course apx for 40 minutes until we asked for it to be canceled. then it came out, one of the dishes was cold! They should pay their waiters more and make sure there are at least two of them available on a shift.

They didn't have our reservation, fortunately there were tables available. Also the attention from the employees was very routine. And also, those of us who know the dishes and the quality of Tony Romans can say that it did not meet expectations.

We walked in few minutes after our reservation started. Marco seemed slightly not in the mood to work on Sunday evening. Couldn't find our reservation, showed mine on the fork app, fiddled with system and were shown where we could sit. The tables reserved for couples was in that usual claustrophobic corner where it tends to get dusty, forgotten to be taken care due to a massive column hiding us and no decor or window for us. Though I get it , Marco is just a worker there with rules to comply, so our interactions were pleasant at all times. Anyways, ordered a platter of chips, sure, it was warm, but how come chips aren't crispy or crunchy at all? Then after more than half an hour, someone else came to take our order for our mains. She actually came to take our plates as she thought we were on our way out, big laugh. Our order came when I'm almost done with my pint , Two burger meals with chips were cold. That was it.

Great location but we chose the place for the ribs and they were truly disappointing: overcooked and a bit cold. No ambiance at all and friendly staff but only average service.

Really bad food. Horrible service. The staff clearly are not trained, and most seemed as if they had never worked there before. Overall, it was a very poor experience.
