10/10We ate there two nights in a row during our stay in Florence, including New Year's Eve with a set menu. Their rigatoni with cheese in the sauce is one of the best dishes I've ever had anywhere, and their version of Bistecca alla Fiorentina is our absolute favorite. Great staff, great atmosphere. We love it here and we will be back....

8/10It is a nice restaurant. Very local. Servers were a little rude at the beginning of the night, but warmed up to us as the night went on. Rigatoni pasta was delicious and the sliced bife was perfect! Overall a great experience!

10/10The service has always remained consistently excellent over the last 15 years I have been here . Food is always the best , atmosphere is romantic and cosy and food is traditional and of top quality. My favourite place in Florence.

8/10I thought it was a great spot to go while visiting Roma and right before the Vatican also I felt the Calamari Lasagna Amatraciana Pasta I would do Rigatoni if you could rather than the pasta they give and the turkey cutlet with fries for kids are great we also tried there pizza w sausage and mushrooms and there caci Pepe meatballs reminded me of pizza rustica ! I think it was a success and not a tourist trap!

7.5/10Walked out, waited ten minutes after being seated, with the waiter that was preoccupied with just three tables, found it more important to reset nearby tables, then bring us water. The food here is delicious but not worth being served so poorly.

10/10The service was fantastic. We ordered the steak Florentine for two, rigatoni and roasted potatoes. All were so good! There were three of us and it was a nice amount of food. We also ordered the cheesecake with berries for dessert. It was very good. Everything about our experience there was fabulous! Make sure to make a reservation!

2/10We arrived on time. But… they let is waiting for 35 minutes outside the restaurant and simply ignore our reservation. We stayed outside, at least 3 groups of 4,6 and 8 people was called before us. After 35 minutes we decided to go to another place. Its was not my first time at 13. They are always a little bit busy but this time they were not at least gentle . It’s a shame …. Never again there !

2/10Normally we enjoy any restaurants ore in Italy ..but this place is something out of comments … First of all this place have the best Unfriendly waiters and terrible food . It is worse place which that we see in Florence and in Italy … If you like to loose time and get bad experience and get istomic problems.. will be the best .

6/10Got the steak bistecca fiorentina for 2, as we really wanted to try with being in the region. It came it some potatoes and we ordered sautéed spinach also. Really could do with more potatoes. Very nice but not enough! Spinach was a bit bland. The steak itself had nice flavour and had nice pieces, but far too much of it was almost inedible. Very fatty and chewy. Looking at other tables that ordered it, theirs looked the same. Left us feeling a little disappointed as it was €70 just for the steak. Seen other places around advertising for €50/60. The Gobbi 13 wine we had was very enjoyable. It was our first time having a fiorentina steak and maybe this is just the way they are. Maybe just not our type of thing compared to a regular steak.

7/10The rigatoni they are known for is delicious. Strongly recommend making a reservation, they’re not really friendly to walk ins. Would also flag that there is a cover charge of 4.50 euros applied to each person which I thought was unnecessary given we each ordered food and drinks.

4.5/10Reservations mean nothing. You wait in line. Even if it’s raining. Service was terrible. The waiter could have cared less that we were there or anything about what we said. Food was ok but didn’t come out at the right times. Would not recommend

10/10our waiter Massimo! service was over the top and food was delicious. I told him it was our last day in Florence. When he offered the dessert menu I asked what he suggested and he said he'd bring me something special...and he did! He also sent me over a shot of lemoncello! Love that man!
