Nice ambiance. Outstanding food and highly pleasant servers. Wine list was excellent and very reasonable prices. And finally, the best cannolis ever. We loved this restaurant!

The warm greeting, the prompt service, and the delicious food. It is our fifth time having a pleasure to eat at this restaurant, and certainly not our last!

This is by far the best meal we have eaten in Palermo! The service was very good and the food was divine. It was also really appreciated that the -20% discount was applied.

+2A quiet, low-key dinner at Trattoria Al Cancellatto, a great place just outside the touristy center of town. We started with bruschette with codfish mousse, baked caciocavallo cheese, and gnocchi. For main courses, grilled sea bass; veal rolls with prosciutto, cheese & pistachio; and a hamburger with oven roasted potatoes. Both the food and service were very good!

A great dinner in a great place. Everything was really good. Highly recommend if you pass by Palermo.

Family run businesses usually have a certain warmth, and although the waiter was welcoming, the rest of the staff mistook coldness for professionalism. The tuna was overcooked, the pasta was overcooked. Compared to other restaurants in Palermo it was rather expensive for the offer.

Greeted at the door. When we asked for fish, was shown a showcase of what was available. We chose the sea bass which was grilled perfectly. We also chose an eggplant dish which we all loved. The atmosphere and pace of dinner was just what we were looking for to enjoy with our dear friends. Price was reasonable.

Lovely restaurant! Wonderful fresh food and very attentive service. Had a terrific sauce for the gnocchi I had and also a great caponata and caprese. We are returning this week!

The spaghetti and clams were superb, with equal amounts of both served in a garlicky oil and parsley sauce. The clams were plump with a hint of the sea. I’m afraid to say more because it may become impossible to get a table. However, I discovered THE dessert I would like for my birthday: lemon tiramisu topped with strawberries.

It’s a lovely neighbourhood trattoria and we had a great night. But the food - especially the pastas - weren’t as good as we’d had elsewhere in Palomino.

The food was lovely the staff friendly and helpful, especially when trying to read an Italian menu. The whole place was just a nice relaxed typical Italian restaurant.

The food is homely and delicious, the portions are huge, and the staff is excellent and very friendly. Also, the Cassata al forno is one of the best desserts I have tried in Italy.

Food was authentic. Delicious dishes. Pasta with mussels was spectacular. Definitely get the eggplant caponata. Made reservation for 7:30 and got there a few minutes early. They took us right away. Only issue was I had to ask for bread. Then plates then oil. But they got it for us immediately

It was good, the vibes in here are unmatched the servers are very friendly and sweet. However, the food was just okay and they did mess up our order.

Proper Italian family-run trattoria. Simple authentic food, no English spoken but that somehow didn't matter. Genuinely nice people doing a good job. Will definitely return.

The restaurant is a little gem we coincidentally popped into. We had fantastic fresh fish and seafood, and local products! Anytime again!

+1We loved our dinner here! It was a small, family owned restaurant with great service and great food. We don’t like the “tourist trap” restaurants and have been trying to find restaurants like this as much as possible. Quality food and even better service! Can’t recommend dining here enough!
