2.5/10Reservation process and a couple of dishes went ok, all the rest needs strong improvements: Cold food, microwave pre-heated pasta.. same story for the meat - tasty but absolutely cold. 25eur to eat a cold tagliata without any side dish included in the price. We were hoping in desserts, instead it was probably even worse: a tiramisu which was not a tiramisu with hard (not fresh) , a cheese cake which looked and tasted like a gummy cake with artificial flavors, a pistachio warm cake that didn’t taste about pistachio. Poor service, no attention to details: had to remind several times about water, no cutleries, no seasoning on the table. We’ll never be back and it was honestly outrageous to the Italian cuisine!

7/10The wine and chicken ceasar salad were good. The rest of the food was served cold. Seafood pasta didn’t have much seafood, the steak and potatoes were tasty.

The place was lovely, kind and funny service. Didn't feel like much of a fancy place, which was great for us as it was exactly the laid-back approach we were looking for. Booked through The Fork with a substantial discount. We had the wonderful Rubia ribeye. Recommended.

6/10The restaurant definitely has a lot of room for improvement. The quality of the food itself is really good and very fresh, but the service and attention to detail are really lacking. 1. The side dish was simply cold. 2. The menu stated that the steak is only prepared rare, which was confirmed again when I asked, supposedly to prevent the meat from drying out. However, what I received was more medium+ to well done. The flavor was okay, but not what was promised. The restaurant has potential, but it’s really missing the love and attention to detail that make a great dining experience.

10/10The restaurant is small but not noisy at all. Food is more than good and portions are the right size to come out fully satisfied. The Fork discount helps the Bill and it is a mandatory stop for me every time I come to Florence. Service is perfect.

4.5/10The food was ok, not bad. The restaurant itself might be nice, but we were put somewhere in an hidden courtyard at a plastic garden table, not a pleasant place to be. The service wasn't good: we got no glasses for our water. The wine might be a good one but was served too hot.

Don’t forget that adding truffle to the pasta costs an extra €10! I only realized it when I saw the bill. The pasta itself was just average. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Also, if you book through The Fork, they insist that you leave a 5-star review on Google Maps. It didn’t seem mandatory to me, but at the counter, they said it was required.

The quaint, rustic ambiance of this local trattoria right next to Pitti Palace makes it an ideal place to stop in before or after your visit. The staff is welcoming and the food is fresh and tasty. We enjoyed a delightful lunch.

6.5/10My original thought was "MEH". The food was average. The waiters were not particularly friendly or personable. Efficient is not the same thing as welcoming. Hot day . . . maybe they were tired. But of all the places that I have eaten in Florence this was by far the least good experience (pardon grammar). I would suggest you PASS.
