5/10Food was average, overpriced for the quality. House wine was not as good as wine we’ve had at other restaurants for much cheaper. Had 20% off with the Fork but this was not taken off our bill. I was made to feel awkward by the manager when I pointed this out. Also I asked for still water and was charged 3 euros for a carafe of water rather than bottled. when I queried this they said it was stated on the menu. I would not recommend this restaurant, unsure why there are so many good reviews.

8.5/10The steak and the potatoes were excellent. We sat outside and the ambiance was great. Service was a little slow and at times confused. The Fork discount was not automatically tendered but eventually the manager was able to resolve the issue. Would definitely come back.

10/10+3Everything was WONDERFUL! Could not have had a better experience. The food was delicious. We had a group of 6 so MANY things were ordered to try. The pasta and sauces are fresh and well cooked. The steak was unbelievable. Yum! The service was impeccable. Our service was attentive, friendly and added so much to the experience. There was a mistake made by accidentally charging our card twice. The manager immediately called us and asked us to come back (we had only walked about 5 minutes away). He quickly corrected the error and was extremely apologetic. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. The inside of the restaurant gives an old world vibe, it’s calm and relaxing. If we ever get back to Florence we will be coming back for sure!

6/10place is in the middle of beauty, and it may have been a bad night for the service staff we asked for water nearly 6 times before we got it everything was slower than typical Italian service FOOD WAS VERY GOOD, was just a bad night for them

10/10Not my first time being here but still incredibly impressed me. Last time I was super obsessed to Lasagna, this time felt crush with the black cabbage pesto pasta. And the 10/10 bistro atmosphere, highly recommended!

10/10Trattoria Casa Toscana is conveniently located on a quiet side street of Piazza Santa Croce. This is a very traditional and wonderful restaurant decorated with antiques. It has outdoor and indoor seatings. At this time of the year, there is a wood fire going in a beautiful fireplace/stove, which makes the atmosphere inside extra cozy. The food we had was excellent, so was the wine. The place had a lot of character and great ambience, including the music that is played. Highly recommended to those looking for Tuscan food.

10/10Loved this place. Great service and delicious food. Had the dough balls with prosciutto and cheese, Carbonara, meatballs, two fresh salads and Panna cotta. Perfect meal!

8/10Not sure why but booking through Trip Advisor / The Fork, I got a 20% reduction for my food bill and I am at a loss to work out why. The food was great, portion size fine, service was attentive and helpful so nothing but positives. The prices were very reasonable before the discount. Give it a try, I’d recommend it and maybe you’ll get the discount too!

5/10It was ok. I was disappointed with the bistecca. Poorly seasoned, overcooked on the outside and nearly raw in the inside. Cooking aside, the taste was poor. Otherwise the food was acceptable.

10/10We had an absolutely amazing experience. Salvatore and his team delivered a delicious meal to our group of 8. They went above and beyond on every aspect of our dining experience . We had the following dishes and were all fabulous: COCCOLI CON STRACCHINO E CULATELLO PROSCIUTTO DEL PRATOMAGNO CON BUFALA BISTECCA ALLA FIORENTINA DI SCOTTONA PICI CASA TOSCANA SPAGHETTI AL RAGÙ ANTICO SALAMINO AL CIOCCOLATO CON NOCCIOLE DELLA MAREMMA TIRAMISÙ TRADIZIONALE Located in a small alley off of Piazza Santa Croce just steps from our apartment this place was hands down the best restaurant we ate in Florence. I highly recommend Casa Toscana. It will not disappoint!!

8.5/10Good restaurant. House red wine was very good. My husband’s dish was excellent…a beef stew with mashed potatoes. My risotto was good. We did not get our 20% off through the Fork. They acted like they had never heard of it. Nice ambience.

9.5/10Hidden in florence, this restaurant há a very cosy decoration. Imagine you are eating in a 17th century home with candles. The pasta was great and só was the Firenze meat stew. Price are good for the florence average.

10/10Beautiful tucked away place with soft lounge music. All three meals (lasagne, boar ragu pasta and carbonara) were exceptional. House red was also amazing. Service was brilliant – our meals were promptly served and the waiter was very accommodating. We received the discount with no problem. Highly recommend.

10/10One of the best restaurants in Italy. Food was just amazing especially the eggplant parmesan, lamb chops, ravioli, beef lasagna. The restaurant has a lot of history and they have maintained both the quality of food, service and the wonderful ambience.

10/10Fantastic..lovely setting, top class service and delicious food and good wine selection. Is a more limited menu on The Fork offer but loved every dish. Very nice table by open log fire. Restaurant a wee bit away from tourist area but worth searching out. Easy 10/10
