The BEST steak in bone hands down! Juicy to the last bite. Was still thinking about it the next day, Well deserving of its accolades for the best steak in the world. Have thefork.it to thank for granting 30% discount for a 6pm reservation. Enjoyed the craft beer too!

We had a great experience in Florence when it comes to food. We have had steaks in England, France and Spain, but nowhere has this place been as satisfying in terms of taste and value for money as this. It seems like the best restaurant for travelers.

ice-faced waiter but charge €4.3 per person (total €21.5)for nothing even no water. Chinese tourist group leaded by tourist guide walk in. The steak here is famous but tastes just so so. You should consider how the good reviews in google comes from.

The menu and food were quite good, especially considering the restaurant's convenient location near the center of Firenze and the railway station. It’s worth a visit to see why so many Koreans recommend it. However, for our family of three, including a teenager, one truffle pasta was more than enough. We also ordered the basic steak recommended for two, but we struggled to finish it. While both the steak and pasta were undeniably delicious, we found them a bit too rich—oily and creamy to the point of feeling overly full. After the meal, instead of feeling satisfied, we felt slightly uncomfortable due to the heaviness of the dishes. If you plan to dine here, it might be better to pair the steak with lighter, fresher options like a salad rather than opting for pasta.

We had what was tagged as a new meat sauce (bison?) pasta that was bland … meat slightly dry. Pasta itself was delicious and perfectly cooked. The green peppercorn sauced tenderloin was tasty but again, just nothing special. Medium rare steak cooked a perfect medium rare. To summarize, a decent but overpriced dinner

A lot of people recommended this specific restaurant. From our hotel receptionist, to the taxi driver, to friends who had been there in the past. The place is fully booked so I recommend you make a reservation at least a day before getting there. Everyone in the restaurant were happy to help you and especially the owner. All kind. It was very crowded and loud but other than that we ate excellent. Ragou and pasta. Tasty food for real and big portions. The only thing we did not like so much was the bread as it was not that fresh. Other than this, even the desserts were good and big…. Would recommend the restaurant for the pasta and the meat for sure

The food was great and the wait staff was very pleasant. It was a memorable experience from Florence. I will recommend this restaurant to my friends. However, the main dish was brought out too quickly so that I could not fully enjoy the appetizer, and had to leave 1/3 of it. After hot food, cold cuts aren't very appetizing. But the rest of it, it was very satisfying for my husband and me.

How does this place rack up rave reviews? Did I wander into a parallel dimension where the food is Michelin-starred and the service divine? My experience felt more like sitting at the kids’ table at Thanksgiving—if nobody remembered to bring me food. The waiter appeared promptly, took my order—truffle pasta, steak ai funghi—and vanished like a magician. The pasta arrived so fast it seemed preordained. It was good, not transcendent. I ate half, saving room for the steak I imagined as a rustic marvel. And then… I waited. Time stretched as I watched others dine and depart. My steak remained a mirage. The waiter resurfaced after 45 minutes. I mentioned my missing steak; he smiled and cleared the table. Eventually, I went to pay and explained, politely, what had happened. They nodded with the kind of detachment reserved for complaints. After all, when you're drowning in rave reviews, one steak is forgotten as quickly as it's served (or not, in my case).
