10/10I came for the beef and it was delicious. I felt a little ripped off by the excessive cover charge of over 4 euro. I know cover charges are common, but this was over the top.

7.5/10Outstanding food. Service was horrible! Waiter failed to explain the menu. He took our order and we never saw him again. Failed to check,on our desired wellness of the steaks. We came for (and paid for) an experience and got a good meal. First time in my life that I left no gratuity.

8.5/10Steak and pasta were delicious. Unfortunately all of the food came out at once - so we were not able to enjoy the bruschetta, meats and cheese intended to be a starter.

7.5/10Service was very inattentive which was a shame as good food although we were given the wrong steak - one was ordered rare and one was medium well. Also, we paid on the app and was chased down the street by the waitress. We had waited 5 mins to pay but had somewhere to go. This was very embarrassing.

2/10It's okay if the employee doesn't speak English. However, if there is a problem with order communication, you should apologize first. Don't just make excuses and talk to other employees. I felt really bad and I wondered if it was racism. You didn't understand the order, so why are you blaming the customer?

10/10Our server Benjamin was absolutely fantastic from start to end. It’s our first time in Florence and this was the first restaurant we visited. I feel extremely lucky that I chose it! Benjamin assisted us throughout the whole process of choosing the right dishes for lunch. The sizzling steak was awesome and we all enjoyed the pasta too. I highly recommend everyone to give this restaurant a try!
