We decided to try a dinner at around 5.30 PM, with a Fiorentina and a local wine. Everything was at a high level of quality. We thoroughly enjoyed this choice complemented by impeccable service. We recommend this culinary experience

My husband and I went to this restaurant on our daily trip to Florence, coming from Milan. The dinner reservation was made for 6:00, but we didn’t realise there are 2 locations, and we came to the wrong one. But it turned to be a lucky error. The hostess was the most friendly, professional and accommodating and rescheduled our reservations to this location in a second. We were welcomed graciously, seated at the great table and served like VIPs! We had a wonderful dinner with Bisteccha Fiorentina, Toscan soup and Insalad

Trattoria dall’oste was the best place to dine in Florence! The service was great and the food was delicious! We ordered Bisteca Florentina and pasta ; both were excellent! We definitely recommend it !

7/10During my last visit to Florence, in 2019, we dined at a different branch of Trattoria dall'Oste which we remember as having a higher quality of service. The Fiorentina was very good, as it is expected to be, However, the meal was served with stale bread. When we pointed out that the bread was not fresh, the waiter pretended not to understand our English. I understand that in Florence there is a charge for a carafe of water and a coperto charge, but 4.40 Euros for the water and 4.30 Euros per person for the coperto made the place seem like more of a tourist trap than the sister restaurant on Borgo San Lorenzo from 2019.

9/10classic bistecca alla fiorentina and the beans in tomato sauce as a side dish were fantastic. very friendly and attentive staff, lovely atmosphere. only the bread was rather dry, could be improved.

10/10I came for the beef and it was delicious. I felt a little ripped off by the excessive cover charge of over 4 euro. I know cover charges are common, but this was over the top.
