10/10Our concierge recommended this restaurant. As dinner for our last night in Florence it was wonderful. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and appreciated. Bistecca alla Florentine was amazing and the suggested sides were perfect. Would return again. The wine selection extensive and the dessert was truly fabulous.

The T bone steak was perfect. All the food served was of the highest quality. The prices are higher than other independent small Trattoria but the meat was sensational and the turnover means it was top quality.

4/10steak was good, we ordered the white cow steak. it was not the best I have ever had. service was terrible. ignored by the army of waitresses when the reastraunt was half empty and manager tried to not honour discount (which I got at the end)

8.5/10The Florentine steak was delicious, the service was good, and the wait time was short. The mille-feuille dessert was bad and inedible, but the tiramisu was nice. It’s not a place locals go to, but it’s comfortable and tourist-friendly.

7.5/10coperta is very expensive so as food and drinks in general. Food quality is good, but we are impressed more by risotto and pasta than the Florentina steak. also the antipasti cappacio was served last so that we almost couldnt taste the light seasoning… waitress also seem not know their menu enough to explain the difference of types of meat available.

2/10The staff were inattentive - the food took ages (over 1 hour) and was mediocre. Not all of what we ordered was served. The guy at the cash desk was rude and curt. This place is a tourist trap and it seemed to thrive on serving large steak platters - nothing else. The main course was very poor and we left after 90 minutes thoroughly dissatisfied. One word - avoid!

We decided to try a dinner at around 5.30 PM, with a Fiorentina and a local wine. Everything was at a high level of quality. We thoroughly enjoyed this choice complemented by impeccable service. We recommend this culinary experience

My husband and I went to this restaurant on our daily trip to Florence, coming from Milan. The dinner reservation was made for 6:00, but we didn’t realise there are 2 locations, and we came to the wrong one. But it turned to be a lucky error. The hostess was the most friendly, professional and accommodating and rescheduled our reservations to this location in a second. We were welcomed graciously, seated at the great table and served like VIPs! We had a wonderful dinner with Bisteccha Fiorentina, Toscan soup and Insalad
