6/10Service was good up to the point where we put in our meal order. After that it was relatively hard to get anyone's attention, really had to scream out. Food wise, i dont recommend the florentine steak for the taste - if you want more marbling. It's definitely not that cut. It was more for the experience to try a Chianina breed. Skip the grilled veggies. We did not ask for the dessert menu nor or we offered it. Payment is completed at the cashier/host desk.

5.5/10The food was poorly seasoned, especially the steak. We found ourselves needing to add salt and pepper to our steak at our table, which I would expect not to have to do at a reputable steak restaurant. It turned out that several tables around us also found the need to season their steak at their table. The food came to the table surprisingly fast, but we found the food to be lacking flavor. The service also could have been better, but we wrote it off as due to the language barrier.

3.5/10The waiter’s carelessness and recklessness while preparing the cacio e pepe caused flaming alcohol to cause my arm to catch on fire. Not only did I sustain a 2nd degree burn, but I was met with hardly any compensation and an “accidents happen” attitude. On top of all of this, the food was sub-par at best! This restaurant does not deserve the high praise I thought it was known for

4.5/10Server was rude. Would interrupt me mid sentence. Assumed I wouldn’t order wine (I must look poor lol) He visited the table only 3 times. I asked for my bistecca alla fiorentina to be rare and he insisted I do it medium rare….ruined the experience. Not worth the price, went to Mercato Centrale the next day and ordered a bistecca alla fiorentina rare and was amazing.

3/10I recently had the misfortune of dining at this restaurant, and it was an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The service attitude from EVERYONE there was nothing short of a disaster. One staff member in particular, a guy with a crew-cut, stood out for his exceptionally poor attitude. He looked at me as if I were his enemy in battle. His hostile demeanor made the entire dining experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. The lack of service was astonishing. After finishing my meal, I waited a full 15 minutes for the bill, which never came. Eventually, I had to walk up to the counter myself to pay. The indifference and rudeness of the staff were beyond belief. Overall, it was the worst dining experience I've ever had. I would not recommend T-Bone Restaurant to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

10/10The staff at this restaurant are wonderful, and the steak is truly delicious. I was also happy to see that they have a Japanese menu. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was great. I definitely want to go again.

5/10We wait for two hours to get our food. The service was very poor. We didn't receive everything we ordered and we waited 90 minutes before receiving bread and water. I will say the meat was the best I've ever had. Absolutely amazing! ...but I wouldn't return due to the poor service, which is a shame when the meat they cook is so delicious.

4/10The service was disorganized, the drink and bread that accompanied the starters were only served to us after we had already finished them, and only upon our request. Regarding the meat, we ordered the well-known bistecca alla fiorentina, which, contrary to what was promised, was tough and not very flavorful. To top it off, the waiter tried to coerce us into writing an online review praising the restaurant, even offering to write the review himself in exchange for a limoncello.

2/10Rude staff, terrible service! Left sitting for twenty minutes and nobody even asked if we wanted water or drinks. Eventually got up and left only to be told in sarcastic voices how sorry they were. We have been here twice before one year ago and loved it. I think the new staff are nowhere near the quality of the old. Enough said.

10/10Friendly service, amazing food. Waitress took her time to explain the menu. Your steak is then shown to you at your table before it’s prepared. When it arrives they let you take video and assist with pictures etc. Food was amazing as were the desert and cocktails.

8/10Booked in advance and as it was early - 6pm - received a 20% discount. Seated for 20 minutes before a server appeared and took our order. She then went off duty and was replaced by Albion. He was excellent and we would give him 5 stars! We ordered fillet steaks (200g) which was large enough for us. Both were cooked exactly as ordered - medium rare. Tasted delicious. Overall would say very good.

10/10Our servers Michela and Albion were excellent. Michela did an excellent job of explaining the different options in the beef. The food was wonderful. Best meal we have had so far.
