Fiorentina steak was amazing. The sea salt on the top really contributes to the flavor. The steak melted in your mouth. The cream puffs were also excellent.

6.5/10This place was fine but not good by any measure. It isn’t a tourist trap but it is geared towards tourists and the food just fell a bit flat. The staff was nice but lean.

4/10The restaurant is is narrow and tables are crammed together and it’s not comfortable. There is no ventilation. It’s very stuffy. The air inside is very stale. You can find many more restaurants in Florence that serve the same steaks and are much more comfortable. After a few minutes in there I decided to walk out. Avoid!

10/10The dishes were delectable! The service was impeccable. I even requested if they can change the music, it was somber and they readily put a different tune. The decor was tasteful. I would come here again and again!

We look forward to dinning for this restaurant after seeing the comments. However, the experience is just normal comparing with the price. We have a better experience, at least my thought, in another restaurant with better food and service. The salt and black pepper is served upon request and not provided by default, so the steak is quite bland when it served. When checkout, you need to mention the discount stated in booking, otherwise, you may charged in a different price.

6/10They don’t sell wine by the glass, only 375 ml bottles. ALL white were sold out, red almost. No other options if you didn’t want to go for a big bottle. 45 minutes before we even had water on the table. A lot of Instagram fans at the tables next to us only busy with their mobiles Meat was delicious though but still it was lacking atmosphere.

The bistecca was amazing, and the pappardelle with salsiccia, stracciatella, and tartufo was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had! Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and already have plans to go back during our next trip later this year :)

7.5/10Tonight, we visited the restaurant and decided to try the Bistecca Fiorentina. The taste was decent but nothing special — for the price of €130, we expected something more impressive, as we’ve had much better steak at lower prices. However, the service truly stood out: the staff was quick, polite, and always eager to help, which definitely elevated the overall experience. As for the restrooms, while they were clean, they could have been a bit more well-maintained to match the restaurant’s image and standards. Overall, a mixed experience: outstanding service, but the food didn’t quite live up to the expectations set by its price.

9/10We had a great family meal with good food and service. Biggest issue was a lack of wine options that were on the menu but they didn't have (we went back and forth on 2 - one of the guests commented it may have been to encourage us to purchase a more expensive bottle... I hope this wasn't the case but we ended up with beer as we lost patience)

The steak from the Florence region was absolutely delicious. We ordered french fries and a drink on the side. The staff, the ambiance, and the food were all amazing. If we visit Florence again, we will definitely choose this place once more.

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a charming ambiance that made our evening truly special. We indulged in the Fiorentina Chianina steak, which was nothing short of perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with rich flavors. Paired with a bottle of Ormanni red wine, the combination was simply exquisite, elevating the meal to an unforgettable experience. For dessert, we savored the Mille Foglie con crema Chantilly and Tiramisù, both of which were absolutely delightful, providing the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Beyond the exceptional food, the service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly, ensuring that every moment of our dinner was enjoyable. 9.5/10Good salads and entrées, 1st Class Bistecca, variations according personal appetite and taste, good wines (Brunello) going perfect with it. Professional Service and good advice. One Bistecca for two persons after an entrée such as Pasta is absolutely sufficient. A place to cone again!

This is a great place to enjoy a Florentine steak and a glass of Chianti wine. Thanks to Jerry for his professionalism and support. She was very helpful with the selection of dishes and especially wine. The food was delivered on time, we were not kept waiting long, and the meat turned out to be so juicy and delicious. As Jerry recommended, we ordered medium-rare meat so that it would not be tough. Next time we will definitely visit this place again.

4.5/10I wa solo diner who was completely ignored the entire meal. I ordered their special; includes a pasta course and ribeye. the pasta came out quickly, delicious. And that was it. Nothing else was ever served. A server cleared everything & asked if I wanted dessert. My original waiter asked if I wanted my check. So I went to check out. It was the mgr. he gave me the full bill. I told him I’ll pay for the pasta and water because nothing else was ever served. He comped me, but that’s not the point. Here’s the thing. I made this reservation in March and was really looking forward to it. I really feel the poor treatment was because I was a female solo diner. Disappointing.

7/10We were so excited to celebrate my husband's birthday while in Italy. He fell in love with the images for this restaurant. I made reservations for our family as soon as they were available to be made online. We arrived and were seated promptly for our reservation, as we waited a young waiter came by and started removing the plates and silverware from our table. We told him that we had just been seated; he put them back on the table. After about 20 minutes, I finally stopped someone walking by that appeared to be a manager. I asked if we could have water, some wine and a menu. After a while someone came by with water and the menus. After another 15 minutes they came back by to take the wine and food order. The meal was good but with the service was extremely poor. No one seemed to care that this was a special evening for my family. Service matters, a kind smile matters, first impressions matter. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant. They need to learn lessons in gracious customer service.
