9/10Great ambience, very friendly staff. The pasta was excellent. My main (Beef taglia) was good but quite tough and the potatoes were a little too dry. However, it was was still a very good dining experience.

10/10We went to the wrong branch but the lady kindly changed the booking and let us in. Steak was perfect and service was great too. We had a 3 year old toddler and all the staff were amazing with him. All in all a lovely dinner for us. Thanks very much!

10/10This is an excellent restaurant, and I highly recommend it. My partner and I visited during our trip to Florence specifically to try the famous Florentine steak. We ordered it medium rare, but it arrived more on the medium-well side. While we didn’t send it back—because it was still very tasty—I was a little disappointed, as the quality of the meat was clearly outstanding and would have been even better cooked medium rare. At the end of our meal, I mentioned to our waiter, purely as constructive feedback, that the steak was overcooked. I wasn’t complaining—just offering a note. To our surprise, they graciously offered us the steak on the house. That gesture truly speaks to the restaurant’s commitment to excellent service and customer satisfaction. We’ll absolutely be returning, and next time, I’ll simply order the steak rare since it’s served on a charcoal plate and continues to cook slightly at the table. All in all, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

idk if they got the wrong steak but I order the most premium tbone. It was dry and didn’t have any flavor. Keep in mind that I order it rare.

6.5/10The service was pretty disappointing and underwhelming. This was a restaurant I was very excited to go to, and the steak was great, but our server(s) rushed us the whole time, seemed frustrated when we asked questions like which wines might pair well, a question about the traditional florentine steak, and wanting to take time to put our entree in as to not be fully rushed. She brought over plain bread without oil, and just overall made the experience a bit lackluster

4.5/10Outrageous! I’m furious! I made a birthday reservation half a month in advance for 8 PM. We arrived 40 minutes early, and the Black woman at the door told us to wait while they prepared the table. Fine, we waited. At 7:40, we asked again, and she said our reservation was at 8 and the table still wasn’t ready. Fine again—we took a short walk nearby. But when we came back at 7:57, that same woman told us our reservation was CANCELED! This is insane! She said we didn’t inform her when we left so she canceled our table, and claimed we walked away! What the hell?! Wasn’t she the one who told us to come back at 8?! My reservation was for 8 PM—I wasn’t late, so who gave her the right to cancel it?! I never said I wanted to cancel the reservation—not once! But the look on her face was like everything was our fault! My birthday was already ruined. And she NEVER apologized.

T-bone steak was amazing. Menu is a bit confusing for ordering meat. Keep in mind you can pay per g but the florentine tbone has a minimum of 1 kg. They don’t sell wine by the glass. The veggie sides also were very plain. They were seasoned and the salad didn’t come with any dressing.

3.5/10Despite there being available seating in the main restaurant, we were assigned to the branch across the street. The dining environment was far inferior to the main restaurant. Our table was located right by the kitchen door and very close to the restroom. We ordered a T-bone steak, but the staff got the doneness wrong. When we tried to communicate with the staff, one of them initially ignored us. Later, another staff member took the already cut steak back to the kitchen for rework. The result was disappointing; some parts were overly cooked, while others were still very raw. This was completely inconsistent with the price they advertised.

5.5/10Service is nice but the food I expected a lot better. The meat had so many hard fats and the quality taste was not the finest. We have two different stakes and one was dry the other with un messier hard fats. Usually there is the softer part of the fat that goes nicely with the meat but this was not it sadly. It’s quite pricey for the quality and the Tiramisu is just a full lot of sugar it’s not well made and the cream is just raw and falls out.

2.5/10Staff were general impatient and rude except for the waiter at our table. They denied us from getting The Fork 30% discount without any explanation. The food was underwhelming. The salad was dry and bitter, completely unseasoned. The Florentine steak was the only food that was fair. They ran out of pici pasta and that's replaced by pappardelle. It was too hard to chew and not flavorful at all.

10/10After trying for a month, the only reservation, we could secure was one for lunch. It was very memorable, the quality of the food being very high, very delicious pasta pappardelle with Tuscan meat sauce, pasta, with wild boar sauce, ribeye, and house wine all very delicious! Located very near to the Duomo in an inviting atmosphere.

1. Even though we made a reservation, they still made us wait 20-30min 2. The servers were not attentive and did not wait on the customers. We constantly had to call on them for things, including taking our order. It almost seemed they didn’t care or had an attitude. They didn’t even give a smile. 3. We found the bottle of tobacco they gave us was expired by 2 years. When we showed them the bottle they hesitated and still persisted that it was not expired and gave us random reasons. About it being the manufacturing date when it clearly read “EXP June 2023”. 4. The sterlion steaks were not flavored in any way. Like zero seasoning. Even the sauces had no flavor, not even salt. Even though I ordered medium the steaks came rare done. We saw two other couples come and go without ordering. Probably because of the poor service attention. I would not go back or recommend this restaurant.
