4/10The T bone wasn’t as good as I expected for the price I paid. The coperto is excessively expenseuve like 4.7 per person. The pasta were plain. Onion soup.. no taste at all. Vegetables full of oil . Not worthy not worth the hype

9.5/10Absolutely top shelf service. Especially the sweet young man from Sicily. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Explaining about the Florentine steak. Definitely recommend👍

7.5/10Food was great, service was also very nice we were fortunate to have a French waiter as my wife and I are French and had a good dialogue. Had it not been for this we would have felt like a number, there was no Italian charm, we noticed food being delivered very quickly, the staff were not attentive and quite cold.

5/10The service was only plus side to the experience. The food is unseasoned and has no flavor. If you like rare unseasoned meat and unseasoned food, you may like this place. Have no idea how the reviews were so high. Even the olive oil on the table was poor quality. Very disappointing.

10/10Overall, it was an excellent experience first time. We ordered 1kg (including bone) of Chianina, the local recommended Tuscan cattle breed, along with a Chianti Classico to pair with it. The T-bone was prepared in the traditional style—medium rare in my case. About 300gm was later cooked further to medium well as requested by my wife. The meat itself is very lean with virtually no marbling. My wife enjoyed her portion very much and finished it quickly without a single complaint. I ate the first 100 of my 400gm portion as presented—not bad but it didn’t come close to the “melt-in-your-mouth” experience with marbled A4/A5 (or chateaubriand) Yakiniku beef in Japan. The red was very good. The service was also very good.

4/10Awful experience. Feels more like Disneyland than a restaurant. They shove you into their overflow which has zero ambiance and the service is geared to extracting as much money out of you in the quickest amount of time. And let's be honest, the food isn't that impressive. A once classic that has now turned into a tourist trap. Stay away, there are much better and more authentic places out there.

6/10The food was great, but I was badly surprised with the service. No one from stuff bothered helping to open the entrance door even though they clear saw us. It took us some effort to enter the restaurant with the heavy bags where we’ve been told we had to go to another entrance. When we finally reached the second entrance we’ve been told there are no free tables and we had to go back to the first entrance. And again - no help whatsoever. Too commercialized place - as we say in my country, the staff is soulless with cold eyes yet very polite. Next time I better go to less advertised place but with warmer service.

6/10The medium-rare beef was still a bit too raw. With the 30% reservation discount, it’s worth a try, and it’s just right for three people to share. The carbonara wasn’t good. The man at the counter was unfriendly from the start — when we asked to use our 30% reservation discount, he first said it couldn’t be applied. Only after I showed proof did he reluctantly give us the discount.

7/10Most of their waiters can’t speak English and we ended up ordering too many sides.

10/10great place with a very romantic setting. the Florentine steak was good but I honestly loved their beef carpaccio with mustard sauce better. with a steak so big you get tired of just meat. For Americans, this is not your typical steak covered in butter and basted, it's just meat with a little bit of finishing salt so adjust expectations.

5/10The steak was so underwhelming, bland, no flavor at all. No smiles from the staff, hostess seemed like she didn’t want to be there. And also asked for tip for a crappy experience
