10/10This is a great place to enjoy a Florentine steak and a glass of Chianti wine. Thanks to Jerry for his professionalism and support. She was very helpful with the selection of dishes and especially wine. The food was delivered on time, we were not kept waiting long, and the meat turned out to be so juicy and delicious. As Jerry recommended, we ordered medium-rare meat so that it would not be tough. Next time we will definitely visit this place again.

4.5/10I wa solo diner who was completely ignored the entire meal. I ordered their special; includes a pasta course and ribeye. the pasta came out quickly, delicious. And that was it. Nothing else was ever served. A server cleared everything & asked if I wanted dessert. My original waiter asked if I wanted my check. So I went to check out. It was the mgr. he gave me the full bill. I told him I’ll pay for the pasta and water because nothing else was ever served. He comped me, but that’s not the point. Here’s the thing. I made this reservation in March and was really looking forward to it. I really feel the poor treatment was because I was a female solo diner. Disappointing.

7/10We were so excited to celebrate my husband's birthday while in Italy. He fell in love with the images for this restaurant. I made reservations for our family as soon as they were available to be made online. We arrived and were seated promptly for our reservation, as we waited a young waiter came by and started removing the plates and silverware from our table. We told him that we had just been seated; he put them back on the table. After about 20 minutes, I finally stopped someone walking by that appeared to be a manager. I asked if we could have water, some wine and a menu. After a while someone came by with water and the menus. After another 15 minutes they came back by to take the wine and food order. The meal was good but with the service was extremely poor. No one seemed to care that this was a special evening for my family. Service matters, a kind smile matters, first impressions matter. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant. They need to learn lessons in gracious customer service.

10/10If you are going to Florence, please consider stopping here. For a ridiculously (relatively low for what quality and quantity you're receiving) price, my husband and I shared bread with pate and bruchetta, potatoes (or a salad was offered), one alcoholic drink each, a MASSIVE, brilliantly cooked steak. The waitstaff was attentive, pleasant and overall very kind to us English-speaking folks. The steak was cooked to perfection and was beautifully presented. I 100% will be stopping here again next time we find ourselves in Florence. Make sure you make a reservation! Enjoy :)

8/10Great steak options as expected. On par to quality steak houses in the US. However, I think you will have better quality side dishes and beef alternatives in a US steak house. I had a reservation, but many did not and you could see the long queue outside. Certainly worth a try, no regrets.

6/10I was hoping for more. The steak was over cooked on the edges and a bit tough. It needed more salt so probably not seasoned and rested prior to the sear. I’m a steak snob so I had heard about this place on social media. I guess I was hoping this would be the best steak over but I was underwhelmed. The service was adequate but not noteworthy and it was a little small.
