9.5/10The food was very tasty and comforting. Definitely a 10/10 on quality and traditional food. Love the ambiance but the place gets too crowded to the point where the waiters have to move around you and move tables and distracts you from having your food. But other than that it’s a lovely experience and I’d suggest it to everyone!

6/10The hostess was fabulous. However, we waited quite a while before our server came for our drink order. Then I saw our server blow his nose and not wash his hands. The risotto was tasty but slightly undercooked. Everything else we ordered was fine. Nothing to go out of your way for.

8/10The steak was delicious but very raw. we asked for medium rare and it came out blue/rare. the salt on it was perfect for the bits we could eat though. pasta was declious but the cream was overwhelming towards the end. love that it was close to the train station. buzzing but not overcrowded.

We visited this restaurant three years ago and had a great experience, so we were excited to return. Sadly, this time was disappointing. Despite a 30% discount from the Fork app, the service was poor. The waiter claimed not to speak English, yet spoke fluently with others. We paid €4 per person for cover, but didn’t get any bread while other tables did. We ordered Chianti and were served the more expensive bottle without being asked. The T-bone steak (€120) was fatty and overcooked; a third was inedible. The grilled vegetables (€7) were just a few thin slices of zucchini, eggplant, some peppers, and a small piece of artichoke. No one came by for 30 minutes, and no one asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. We had to go to the cashier to pay, and when we gave feedback, she just smiled and said “Thank you.” Overall, overpriced food and unprofessional service. We won’t return.

7.5/10food is good but PRICEY even with fork discount. other tratoria serving same Bisteca steak at almost half the price (even with fork discount) restaurant is too dark and hot inside, lacks proper ventillation - be prepared to smell like the food you ate after stepping out of the restaurant

We ordered T-bone steakes,clam pasta,baked vegetables and bottle of wine.The taste was great and also service was good. If we visit Florence next time, we would like to go here again.

Even though I could see it more often because it was a seat by the entrance, the order server didn't pay attention. I asked for a receipt twice, but in the end, they didn't give it to me. I tried to pay at the register, but the employee who promised to give me the receipt had a long conversation (with the cashier) and even the payment was delayed. It was a very difficult meal time, regardless of the taste of the food.

2/10My steak was blue even though I asked for medium rare. After I asked for another one, but medium rare or anything that is at least not blue I got the same steak just burnt from the outside another time, still rare/blue! I could smell flushes. It was our anniversary with my girlfriend and it was very disappointing to stay hungry. They tried to convince me the steak is well done and after finding standards on steaks with photos they agreed I do not have to pay, but claimed they have different standards in Italy. Btw I do eat steaks on the weekly basis, try different restaurants so it is not like I do not know what medium rare is.
