Everything was perfect and delicious. We ordered far too much food because the steak is tremendous, but it was worth it. The beef tartar with truffles was out of this world. The waiter was engaging and joyous. When I pulled up the location on my maps App, we debated whether it would be worth the walk. It was!

We are 2 persons, especially we have ate some amuse-bouche before the dinner, this is the first time for my husband to be Florence, we were planning to order a steak maximum 1kg, in this way we can order something else to try more plats. but the boss was refusing to give us a smaller one, he said you have to take this one of 1.4kg or nothing, finally we couldn’t finish the meet, half left, The steak is tasty, but I could be better if we can chose the weight of meet.

For an amazing and authentic Florence experience you must go here. It is off the beaten path, but so worth it. We went with our 3 kids and they loved it! Our daughter has Celiac and they were so helpful.

We had a great time and the food was very good but the waiter forgot parts of the order after upselling up on their Florentine steak (it had beed better at other restaurants) and a higher wine than we wanted so the bill really ballooned.

The food was amazing. It is always a challenge to find a good restaurant that serves excellent vegetarian food. The restaurant looked after us really well and the service was brilliant. If I'm ever in Florence again, I would definitely eat here.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was great. Locals were eating here as well as tourists. Staff was friendly and let us just relax and enjoy our meal at leisure. The food was excellent with such great local flavor.

Service, ambience, and of course the food, were outstanding. We returned for a second night it was so good. Had Florentine steak the first night. It was delicious, but if you can’t eat rare meat, don’t order. The owner and grill master is a great guy. Very personable. Recommend highly.

This little Trattoria is a charming spot, with great ambiance. We ordered a delicious bottle of wine to enjoy with our pasta con cinghale ragu. The pasta was spectacular in its flavor and consistency, cooked and seasoned perfectly. Their use of the wood burning oven prepared the Bistecca Fiorentina to perfection… it was the best we had in Florence! What a find!

We went here because the ratings were high. We ordered the tuna tartare and octopus. Tuna had a weird taste and the octopus was so rubbery we could not eat it. Very disappointing, so skipped ordering entrees and went to another restaurant.

My family had an excellent meal of gnudi and bistecca Fiorentina with potatoes and salad. Paired with a great Sangiovese Toscana, it was an unforgettable meal. We finished with cantucci and vin santo for the adults and followed up with gelato elsewhere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very good value and quality overall. Highly recommended.
