10/10A very lovely Greek waitress looked after us. Made an excellent wine recommendation. Great ambience and everything you would hope for in an Italian Trattoria. Fair value. We would go back for sure.

9.5/10Best meal of our time in Italy so far! The gnudi was melt in your mouth delicious and a steak hit the spot after too many pasta dishes. Friendly service and super reasonable prices. More casual (no linen tablecloths here) but we were dressed in jeans so fine with that. Highly recommend!

10/10Service was so comfortable and connected . Friendly and helpful. We got the onion app, the truffle pasta primi and the fried things secondi and all was PERFECT. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Florence!

We loved everything we ordered from her but our favorite is the Florentine steak and the dessert that was suggested to us afterwards. I wish I remembered the name of the dessert. Just go with their recommendations! You won’t go wrong.

We had the steak florentine and gnudi and both were delicious (gnudi especially). The service was a little lacking. We asked for a wine recommendation and the waitress said she doesn’t drink.. we just went with a local chianti and it was great. But would have been nice to get some input.

8.5/10We were happy to get a same-day reservation. The location is good, away from the tourist mayhem :) The onion was small, but oh-so-good! The roasted potatoes were perfection. The minestrone soup was really good. The spinach was spinach; nothing special. But the steak was not so good. We should have gone for the higher-priced one. The minimum amount of steak you can order is 1 kg which was a bit too much for two women. And it was grossly under-cooked. I asked for medium-rare and it was VERY RARE. I heard the couple next to us order medium-well and there's was just as rare as ours. In fact, we commented to each other about this fact. Neither us nor the other couple sent our steaks back. I guess that's on us, but honestly I just don't like to do that. So be advised, both medium-rare and medium-well will come to your table as RARE. The meat was tough and disappointing. Perhaps we needed to order the more expensive cut, and definitely order it well-done. I hope my review helps you!

5.5/10Food was ok and the waiting on staff were pleasant enough, but the wine served was wrong and not even on the wine list. We eventually settled this with the manager / owner, to get ourselves out of an unpleasant situation. We were finally given the bill from another table…………………

+1This restaurant was a great find. To experience the traditional Gnudi that is home made every day at this restaurant was amazing. A small establishment, and great ambience - we had the traditional Gnudi, plus a Cingale pasta and both of us would return here to have these dishes again. Service was excellent.

10/10I'm a local and had never tried this place before. I have to say I'm very pleased! The place is lovely, not too chic, not too simple - just the perfect balance. Service was very friendly, the waitress helped us with the choice of the wine and was very kind. The food is great quality, both the charcuterie board and the wildboard, as well as the roasted chicken. Simple, tasty traditional food. Would definitely go back!

9.5/10We went to this place on our first night in Florence, based on the recommendation on Rick Steves' guidebook. Everything we had was delicious, and the service staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the zucchini flower and goat cheese appetizer, pasta with wild boar, beef sautéed in wine sauce, and tiramisu. Highly recommend them all. We liked the place so much that we went there a second time during our stay. They also make the best Aperol Spritz!
