We were really looking forward to a nice dinner, when we came in all was well we had some specific dietary restrictions, and don’t drink alcohol so did not order any appetizers as they didn’t meet them. When the waitress knew we made a reservation through the fork with a discount her demeanour and attitude instantly changed. We got our pastas which were lukewarm 2 of them were supposed to come with gambas but they were missing, when I made her aware of this mistake she simply told me she told the kitchen to do them without gambas, no apology, not trying to fix the mistake. If we knew the discount would have caused such a reaction or bad service we would have made a reservation somewhere else.

we tried this place for lunch. food is just ok nothing to shout about. we order a plate of starters to share and bruschetta. all came cold and not really that tasty. we proceeded to have 3 main dishes which some items we wanted was already finished. the agnolotti wasn't fantastic , the risotto not too bad but what was surprising good was the pasta with prawns n zucchini. it was the only dish that saved the lunch. overall the food is just fair and abit pricey even after the fork discounts.

We were very happy to find a place to dine casually on the December 31. The food was ok, but if you’re looking for something really tasty, you should continue looking; the ambience was warm.

If you’re not Italian, be careful. They will treat you differently, serve less food and will not explain what you’re paying and either if the discount is correct, and if you ask, they’ll get nervous trying to explain and just ask you to pay for it. Avoid this place

Service was great, the man that was taking the orders was handling the whole bar by himself and did it smoothly. the vitello tonnato was unbeatable! so good!
