Frescoes take your breath. The food takes it again. A journey through the chef's memories and experiences. The service is flawless. If you're considering going, just go.

Food absolutely excellent, as was the knowledge and advice from the staff on aspects of the food/wine/oil etc. The Chef even came and explained the construction of the 3 x amuse bouche. The chairs are awful though (far too low for dining, and we even had to request additional cushions to raise the height !). Service was a bit too "attentive" for our tastes though (e.g. toping up our water every few minutes when leaving the bottle on the table would have been perfectly acceptable). We would definitely return for the food experience:-)

Stunning location , star- advanced menue, overwhelming service. It was a very surpising evening. Best restaurant experiece in Piemonte... they should earn at least one star at Guide Michelin. Our absolute favorite.

We had a wonderful evening. The food and the restaurant are amazing. And the staff is very friendly. We would recommend it to our friends!
