Unfortunately this business tries to rip off tourists in a very blunt way. We were recommended the fish of the day for four people. The fish was burnt and not enough for us. Then we ordered the bill and were surprised that we were charged 119 Euros?!! For 1.5 Kilogramms. This is a rippoff! Do not go there.

Carissimo turista, un pesce di 1,5 kg va cotto ed è normale che esternamente sia bruciacchiato, per questo motivo si lasciò o le squame a protezione della carne, da noi il pescato è sempre freschissimo al contrari di tante altre trappole per turisti in cui vi siete recati, il prezzo è scritto sul menù e sulla lavagna, se non volevate spendere tanto bastava ordinare altro, la sua recensione mi risulta molto banale e offensiva, il Babbio è molto apprezzato sia dai turisti che dai palermitani proprio perché la cura della materia prima e per il rapporto qualità prezzo Si faccia i co di prima di ordinare un pescato del giorno a 70€ kg se non vuole avere “ sorprese”

Family owned restaurant with mother and daughter working. Food was plentiful and outstanding. They made suggestions which incorporated all the local foods. We couldn't eat any more if our lives depended on it! Wine selection was good too. So friendly and caring also. Best meal we had in italy. Would highly recommend@

The food was delicious, bursting with flavours. Service is very friendly and made us welcome straight away. I would definitely recommend this place as I loved how authentic it was. All food and wines are local and vegetables are grown on the owners own farm.

The staff was very helpful, especially helping us choosing a wine to go with our food. The food itself was really good and the portions are more than ok. They have a lot of Sicilian specialties, some not listed on the menu.
