very safety concious...a big plus these days!! Ambiance is relaxed but elegant. Service is fantastic. quick, professional and knowledgeable. Food always very good. Ham is excellent, amongst the best. Callos, fantastic. Turbot and the 'chuleton' perfectly cooked, tender and extremely tasty. Torrija well worth trying. A fantastic experience.
