This is an exceptional dining experience from the moment you walk thru the door until days afterwards. The chef is nothing short of a sorcerer. Most courses defy description, they simply must be experienced!!! The service was outrageously choreographed, I sat there in awe watching the entire experience orchestrated. Do yourself a favour, go with the wine pairing. The vegetarian menu parallels the others in every way. JUST GO!
