If you want to experience Umbrian cuisine, with local ingredients and enjoy every bite, this is your place. We stop every time we are in Italy, even if we have to go out of our way to get there. We’ve been eating at Valter’s for the last four years after being told about it while visiting the Brunello store in Solomeo, both places were a fantastic find! The ambiance while sitting on the covered patio overlooking the majestic fields is amazing! On top of the views, the food and service is great as well! I highly recommend it while visiting the area!!

The entire experience was terrific! The food, service, and the surrounding area itself is a real experience. Valter himself is the perfect host, always making sure everything is perfect! If you’re ever in Solomeo to visit the Brunello Store this is a must stop, just 5 minutes away from the store.
