During my last visit to Paris, I had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Vertus, located on Rue d’Aguesseau, with my son. We chose the set menu and experienced something truly extraordinary and unique. From the very first bite, it was clear that the chef possesses exceptional talent, fully deserving of a Michelin star. The meats are perfectly crafted, elevated with care and expertise, offering unmatched flavors. Every dish is a true work of art, both visually and in taste. The service is equally unparalleled. The team is attentive, warm, and impeccably professional, making every moment of the meal even more enjoyable. On top of that, the wine selection was exceptional, perfectly complementing each course. This restaurant is an absolute gem and has become my top choice every time I visit Paris. An experience not to be missed for anyone who loves fine dining, exceptional meat, and outstanding wine. Congratulations to the entire Vertus team for a truly memorable evening!

Superb menu, really outstanding. Very small restaurant with only 14 seats. But the cook is fantastic

We loved Vertus. The restaurant is small, clean and minimalist. The service was welcoming and most importantly we had a wonderful meal. The tomato salad and mushroom appetizer was excellent and we loved our steak. And a great wine list. We will definitely be back!
