A very refined, yet casual meal. The food was cooked with fresh and purposeful ingredients. The people, both in the kitchen and in front of house, are trained to be highly professional.

The food and service were excellent. my only criticism is that the pratos principais should include vegetables...not just a puree smeared on the plate.

From around 5 p.m., the female server who assisted us was incredibly kind and attentive. We truly felt that we received the best hospitality in Portugal at this restaurant, and it made our special day even more memorable. It was such a perfect experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family who visit Portugal.

We loved the food and the service last year, sale time period, The Iberian Acorn Pork was so tender and delicious. The rice pudding dessert was fantastic. The wine selection was great and affordable. The customer service was as good as what you wanted from a fine restaurant. Overall, we would come for dinner again.

Service was phenomenal, the view is absolutely gorgeous, one of the biggest selling points of the whole experience. Food was very good but expensive. It’s the only minus in my book. It was quite expensive overall.

How rare is it for the food to match an incredible view? Via Graca floats over a panorama of Lisbon from St George’s castle to the April 24th bridge and beyond. At sunset you can witness the drama of the sun dropping below the rooftops and the lights blinking on one by one. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We had the scallops two ways and the codfish cake as starters, followed by the tuna steak and the daily catch (bass) with bivalves. None of these descriptions do justice to the subtle play of flavors in each dish. They were familiar and yet new at the same time. For me, dessert was the highlight. An orange conventual cake with ginger ice cream was divine and rice pudding served under a crispy rice cap with ice cream and creme anglaise set a new standard for this dish. The service hit just the right combination of attentive and discreet. This was a night out that hit all the high notes.

Fantastic service starting with warm and smiling hostess and waiters. Location location location. And.... yummy food! Try scallops, veal croquette (yes yes), shrimps with a fantastic foam, rice with lobster and octopus.....

We had a wonderful pre-wedding party for the bride and groom's families the day before other guests arrived in town. Every detail was lovely, and the food and ambience were fantastic. The staff were warm, kind, fun, and gracious. We loved our time at Via Graca!

Monday June 30, 2025 My wife and I were in Lisbon for a few days on holiday. We booked a reservation based on this restaurant having air conditioning and the trendy pictures showcasing a modern cozy atmosphere, in addition to recent positive food reviews- not all positive. We were seated upstairs where there was no AC, at the time we didn’t know about the lower level that we saw advertised online. The pork dish that I ordered was all fat- uneditable, my wife got the sea bass which was OK but a strong fishy taste- not what we are used to. At the end of the meal when going to the restroom the attendant showed me to the restroom in the lobby, but I noticed the stairs and people engaging so I went down to discover a bustling atmosphere with air conditioning. We got screwed. Don’t let them SCAM you like they did me. The other folks placed upstairs had to take breaks outside -to get some air- it was soo hot- we were soaked in sweat. Horrible experience. Note: our waiter was wonderful.

We had a great time here with beautiful Portuguese food. My favorite was the lobster rice and the highlight was the amazing view from windows. The servers were attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

The view is spectacular, the staff are nice and friendly, and the food is good, but not excellent as I as expecting. The duck dish though was very flavorful.

We came for the view, but we'll return for the fantastic food and service! Via Graça was a bit expensive, but worth every penny.
