9.5/10They forgot to send our order to the kitchen so the food took very long, but did everything possible to make us comfortable and compensate for the mistake, from free appetizers to paying for the full meal when it took too long. While not ideal, it shows they do care a lot about your experience in their restaurant and surely it doesn't happen very often. Food was very good, even the olive oil was top tier. Views from the restaurant are amazing.

Very friendly staff explaining all the dishes. Much appreciated the wine tasting of the 4 wines of the own Vinery of the restaurant in Chile in order to better decide. And the food !! AMAZING !! The prices are indeed expensive but with 50% off with the fork it is definitely a restaurant to try. The overlooking the galleria Vittorio Emanuele is fantastic and the place hosts many modern artworks. Highly recommended.

9/10Enter the holel outside the gallery to find the restaurant (1st floor). The service was great. We tried amberjack carpaccio (a bit fat to my taste), veal (awesome!), and pasta with lobster (nice, but too much pear sauce) paired with excellent Cabernet Sauvignon. For dessert we picked Pavlova (great!) and a chocolate cake (just good). The prices were fair given the location.
