Popular spot for the theatre-goers, Villa Dondelli straddles the line between chic and kitsch, with a life-size Vespa Fiat 500 sat next to the wine cellar. The service is efficient but lacks warmth, especially during rush hour. The menu is on the pricier side but the quality is there, featuring both Italian classics and a few more elaborate creations. The excellent pizza section is probably the value pick for tighter purses. All in all, a quirky villa I’d be happy to return to if I’m the neighborhood.
